I've been taking my dog Cookie to get nails on a regular basis for over a year, but today is the last day that I go there. For the umpteenth tome I've had to fill out the same paperwork and asked if she had her vacancies. Mind you she goes on a regular basis, like don't you guys keep records? I've been to several groomers in the area and never had to do this at every appointment. Cookie was chewing at her leash the last time she was there she chewed through her leather leash, she never does this when she goes to Dr. Santo's. This is very telling that something is not right with their groomers, because she's never behaved this way at the others. I would not take your fur babies there. They definitely need serious improvement there, before a pet is hurt. read more

This is for the store. They have dog washes inside where you can wash your dog, when I was inside it was very clean in this area, which I wasn't expecting. I've been going to Pet Supply since they opened up. I bought my pet food, collars, harness, leashes, head collars, ID tags there. Very fair prices, good staff service and others services I occasionally used. They had grooming & bathing service along with vet services. It was like a one stop n all service. read more

On Sundays the store closes at 7pm...I showed up at 5pm with my dog and they did not let me use the pet wash station. I don't understand why they close so early. That's the only day that I have time to take my dog and I live 40 min away . I took my business elsewhere and for cheaper. Do not recommend. read more

Usually love this place. Have taken my dog here many times. Last time I was called and texted and told to come get my dog ASAP. It felt demanding. A big dog was hyper and loud and scared my little dog and they weren't able to finish the cut but still charged full price. Disappointed cuz I loved coming here. read more

I'm using the grooming service on a regular basis and I'm happy with them. We also use the self wash stations for both our dogs (wash station fits a Great Pyrenees). Each wash station has dog shampoo, conditioner and hypoallergenic shampoo and is equipped with a hair dryer. When you pay at the register, the employee will give you some fresh towels as well. I like the variety of dog toys they have in the store and a big selection of pet food. The store also offers a variety of fish and aquarium products. Employees are always helpful and nice. read more

I used to take my dog to this groomer but they changed their policy and will not accept dogs who are nervous about getting groomed. They told me they would accept my dog and call if they had an issue. They groomed him in about 15 mins and then called me to come pick him up because he seemed distressed. Right after I returned home my dog was walking with a limp and they didn't rinse him enough and left a ton of soap on his back which flakes off and gave him an allergic reaction and now his hair is falling out. Before this policy they would kennel the dog and allow him to calm down a bit. I've been coming for years and so disappointed. read more

Eric (sp?) was fantastic! He noticed I was purchasing Nulo dog food and informed me that they would no longer be carrying this brand. If he didn't catch that, I wouldn't have been able to make the decision to buy another brands' kibble so I could start mixing the two together until my dog's digestive system got used to the switch. Eric recommended Redford Naturals and my dog liked it so much he decided to pick all of his Nulo dog food out of the bowl, spit it on the floor, and only eat the Redford. Hello, they do have dog wash punch cards by five washes for $40. They also have a phone number rewards program and they keep track of all the transactions when I went in to wash my dog I can see that I miss placed my dog wash punch card. I kindly asked the store clerk to look at my transaction, and she agreed she can clearly see that I had just bought the wash punch card and I only used one wash unfortunately she wasn't able to give me a new card and I had to purchase an entire new one. Very unfortunate. I thought as a long time customer that I can at least get a new card since they can clearly see my transactions and know that I'm not trying to get over on them, but I actually innocently miss placed my card. Update on my experience here at pet supplies, this store is great I make the extra drive to come here because they are always so welcoming and helpful, I have noticed some changes in their grooming department, they used to offer a 10% rebooking discount and they no longer offer that unfortunately. We are loyal to Yolanda and will continue to rebook our services with her. She's very patient and you could tell she treats her clients as her own. We just took our aussie pup for her first groom, I was nervous because she's very unpredictable with her nipping. Yolanda had no issues with her and she came out looking super cute! We love Kelli in grooming! She did consistently good cuts for my 3 year old shihtzu and has now been grooming my 11 month shihtzu for about 6 months. She has always been so patient and did a wonderful job removing matting from my little ones' fine hair for her first haircut without any cuts and my dogs are always happy when I pick them up! I come by here quite often to get cat food for my girls. But during the COVID-19 pandemic, why do the employees put on their masks and cover their chin instead of their mouths. I come by here because they do have the pet food that I need and the cat litter for my girls but I have to be honest, they're not the most intelligent people in Central Valley. Last time I came by here, I was looking for a particular cat food for my four-year-old tabbies and one of the employees said that is a very popular cat food which sells that really fast and that I have to call now advanced to get one bag but when I went up to the register, another employee said I'd be "lucky" if I could find it. Interestingly enough, while I was in line, I placed the order for the same cat food from Amazon.
