They did an excellent job with grooming my 8-month old Yorkie. This was her first time being able to be groomed professionally (I was waiting for Jill to have all her shots first) and despite Jill being unsure and scared, the owner took time to get to know her with me there before I left her. They did an EXCELLENT job and Jill got a full trim, including her nails. And of course a pretty pink bow. There are a lot of dogs in there (obviously- it's a dog grooming business) and I appreciated Jill getting the exposure of being around dogs of all sizes. They were quick, and for the quality of the grooming, definitely worth the price. This will be my one and only groomer I use for my Jill. The owner is very sweet and you can tell she loves dogs and what she does. If you have ever attempted to groom your own dog, then you know how much work goes into it and how hard it is. And if you haven't, then let me tell you: Posh Paws is definitely worth the price. And I had absolute zero worries about leaving her in their care.

Took our 7 month old Pom Oso here for the first time. His first time ever at a groomers and they delivered! They cut his coat very well! Not too short and very even! He looks so cute! He loved being there and it won't be his last time! We've already scheduled another appointment for 6 weeks. Since it was out first time we had to wait 3 weeks and give a $25 deposit but I had no problem with that. I can see why they have a wait. The entire staff is welcoming and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Awesome staff super convenient for me since it's right around the corner from my house. Charlie's a little shy before she goes in, but she's always very happy when I pick her up very clean and professional shop. Highly recommend this place. It was a little bit of wait for me to get into the spot since she is a golden doodle but now we are regulars.

If you're looking for a pet salon that listens to you, communicates clearly, and loves your dog. You've found it. After multiple groomer catastrophes, I decided to book with posh paws. The women inside were SO NICE. They talked with me and listened to my concerns. They were fast and I came back to my sweet puppy HAPPY. She was playing with all the other dogs when I came to get her. The dogs get to run around and play together instead of sitting in cages. She looks beautiful and I have so much peace knowing that she had a great experience. I rebooked immediately. Thank you posh paws for being everything I needed from a groomer. I will be recommending posh paws to my friends. One tip: Book a month in advance! It's worth the wait.

We have a difficult husky who had never been professionally groomed before and Tiffany and her staff were awesome with him. Tiffany got right on the floor with us in the lobby to trim his nails with me there and called me halfway through the service to give me an update and peace of mind. They accommodated his needs (kenneling & muzzling) to make sure all parties were safe throughout the whole process. We will 100% be returning! read more

This is my go-to place to take my dogs. I only take them in for nail trims as their breed does not need typical grooming of fur. I have always been pleased with being able to walk in and get their nails done, and everyone is so friendly and great with my dogs. I love seeing all the cute Littles walking around all cute and groomed! There have been a few times where I have driven up and they have had to come out and tell me that they did not have time to do nail trims, but that's on me because I didn't call first or make an appointment. So my suggestion is call first and see if they have time or schedule an appointment. read more

So I have been going there for about 2 years maybe 2 1/2 and have luved the outcome of my boys. I dropped them off at 11:20 usually they get done at 2:30 my boy did poop when we walked in I was so apologetic first time ever. My Chloe has been to Posh Paws twice now. The techs are all super friendly to both me and my beloved fur baby, Chloe, always walks out of there with the softest hair and looking her best. When you book your appointment, put it on your calendar with a reminder for yourself because (at this point in time) they don't reach out in advance with an appointment reminder / appointment confirmation. That's the only thing that would improve my experience, but it's certainly not a dealbreaker. read more

Just picked my puppy up from his first groom and I am so happy! He smells AMAZING and just looks so handsome. The staff there is super nice and you can really tell they care about their work and their customers. You do have to book well in advance, but they're worth the wait. Leo (6 month old Shiba) went to Posh Paws for the first time just a few weeks ago for his first professional grooming. We had a wonderful experience overall. I found them to be very friendly down to earth and welcoming. I absolutely loved how they do not keep the dogs caged and know them all well enough that they allow them to roam and play/socialize. If I could give this place a negative rating I would!! This was my place to go to when my dogs needed to get groomed. I've started taking him since they were in their previous location. Recently we took him on August 5th to get groomed and when we picked him up he was isolated by himself which was strange . The groomer told us he was isolated because he was having accidents everywhere ( which we thought was understandable reason to isolated him) but we started to notice strange behaviors , he was always scared , he would hide under the coffee table , when we would pick him up he would cry. After we took the cute little bandanna they put around his neck we noticed a gash on his neck ( which looked to be like a bite ) why did the groomers decided to hide his injury and not inform us what really happened!!! We want! no we demand an explanation!!!!! If you love your pets and care for their safety please be careful when taking them here!! read more

Today I called for an anal gland expression and I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were accepting walk ins. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I brought my dog in, and she stopped what she was doing and expressed his anal glands. We were in and out within five minutes! She explained the whole process also. I will definitely return. Not slander but the truth...how can you say you never groomed my dogs!!! Not slander but my personal experience...I have not been to or do I know any other groomer in town..talk about accusations.. Read the paper clearly states you have a embezzler working for you.That is where I got my information.. Dog park people also talk..sorry if your shop is only been open a month and people already have had bad expierences..I just know I will never be back and never recommend you to anyone but warn them to shop around. Very rude costumer service..they don't even remember grooming my dogs.. My poor babies came home very stressed out..with terrible hair cuts...on top of everything read the paper they have a criminal working for them..so not a trustworthy business. read more

There are some serious miracle workers here. My little guy is extremely difficult to work with. I've been told by previous groomers to just come back and pick him up because they can't do anything with him, which makes me hesitant to take him to the groomers at all, but he definitely needs it. I didn't catch her name but I think it was Tiffany who helped me today. Not only were they able to get him groomed but they also gave me some awesome words of encouragement and let me know they're here to help him get more comfortable with this process. Needless to say we're coming back here on the regular. I appreciate their patience and actually wanting to help rather than turning Theo and me away. So very happy with the quality and service here! read more

Just an awesome place in all aspects - staff, facility, friendliness. I used to take my fur-babies to a groomer who put them in a kennel, behind closed doors, and I didn't know if they were happy, sad, or what. That frustrated me. This is not the case at Posh Paws....my fur-babies LOVE it there. They get to meet new "friends" and greet their new "friends" mom and dads. Then, when I pick them up, they look adorable in their colorful bandanas (during holiday times, they get holiday bandanas). I have saved every single one of them! I can't say enough about the awesomeness of Posh Paws! Thank you Tiffany and staff for taking such good care of my fur-babies and making them look so good. read more

I just took our little Buster to Posh Paws, and I cannot say enough good things about it. It was clean, and the girls were so nice and polite. My dog got the best grooming he has ever had. He looked so handsome. My dog was not nervous and when I picked him up, he was so mellow, not like some of our other experiences elsewhere. We will be back next month, and we are very happy to have tried this place. Recommend it highly. read more

Wonderful people!!!!!! Brought in my Chihuahua for a nail trim and he is usually SO fussy about getting his nails done. The amazing ladies here had him completely calm and finished up in what felt like 30 seconds!! And they didn't forget to trim his dewclaws like other groomers have before!! Couldn't be happier and will be bringing my little guy to these lovely folks from now on. read more

Hands down the best Pet Salon in the Central Valley. Everyone there is amazing! She is so good with all of the dogs, and my little Pomeranian can be a diva at times. I love how they get to play with the other dogs and not be in the kennel. They were so relaxed and happy when I left. When I came back they looked amazing!! Fantastic experience! We have tried a few groomers in town, and this is the best! They got him in the same day I called. They groomed him exactly as I asked, he was done when they said he would be done, he was happy and not stressed at all when I picked him up, and the price was less than anywhere else. The people at the salon are such great people. They take the time to make sure their customers are satisfied with the grooming of their dog. They do such a great job. Took my 3 little furries after a very long time due to a move, and must say, they did a wonderful job. All three came out looking like superstars after looking like strays.
