I have been bringing my dog Teddy here for sometime even though he always comes back with a knick here and there but never again will I bring him here. I brought him for his usual groom on Friday 10/6 (he's a Yorkie poodle mix) and he came back with the worst cut under his pits!!!! They must have shaved him so close with a razor and I'm not sure if it was sanitized beforehand because he got an infection from it!!! I was very fortunate to have found Dee's All Breed Grooming and Lisa. She is a professional dog hair stylist. She listensand wanted to know exactly what I wanted for my coton de tulear. She had questions and I had questions. I told her that I was searching for a stylist who could give my dog an Asian fusion cut. I sent her the video. I was wondering if she could do it. She said yes! She asked me questions about the dog and eventually, we set the time and date. When we arrived at the dog salon, Lisa showed us the many services her place offered. The place was loaded with many stylists busy with their dogs. The place has a self service dog wash offered there, and a kennel for the dog waiting for their parents. They have dog "things" sold in the lobby as well. While Kiwi was being pampered, we went to Trader Joe's and the mall before our telephone rang. Kiwi was ready. My dog was very happy, and we were very happy when we saw the final results. Kiwi, now, gets compliments from strangers. He goes into Starbucks and gets a puppichino and the customers smile when they see him. Having an experienced dog hairstylist makes all the differences. Lisa did an "epic" job with Kiwi. Spectacular! Decided to give it five stars just for the self grooming shower that they have. My dog is half Alaskan malamute and half pit so he is a very very hairy shedding dog. I take him here all the time to shower him and I love it. There is a blow dryer (which my dog hates) but it gets the job done and they have a soap sprayer and gives towels which it very helpful. I've never gotten him groomed here so I'm not sure about how they are with that but i definitely recommend using the dog shower they have. read more

I am elderly myself and while Bianca was helpful, I felt judgment from the owner. Not friendly, except for one time. I have had mobility issues and also issues where I cannot keep my dogs groomed at home as well as I would like. As well as I used to. There's no excuse for this judgment on her part. None whatsoever. I kept saying to myself "I want him pink again " which is why we decided to find a grooming place. Took my little boy to Dee' s yesterday. I was sceptical on it given the location and review I saw on yelp (was a little weird ). However... scheduled an appointment with them next day and they did an awesome job! I wash my boy at home but this place did something I have never been able to accomplish. He feels like a brand new puppy! I can 100% tell the difference... got his nails trimmed, and a full wash. Even had some doggie cologne His coat feels extremely soft and CLEAN, they brought back his "pink" This business impressed me and may be the one I stick with for a long time. There were some reviews online about owners dogs being scared or mistreated or cut... I wouldn't believe those comments myself and I am glad I didn't. My boy leash pulled one of the groomers and I was a bit worried if they were going to be able to take care of him. He was super happy to see me when he was picked up. Giving him some dog treats helped keep his excitement down. They've got a few treat selections you can buy also. The place was great. They were behind in their schedule but honestly it was worth it. No complaints from me. I would say give it a try with your pet pal. They provide many services for dogs and cats. Also! The orange bandana they put on him was cute! I used to love Dee's, friendly and great service. My wife found this place and she would not have our cat go anywhere else. They treated Sassy like a princess, beautifully groomed and very gentle with her. Sassy is a Ragamuffin and carries her own fur coat, especially if she hasn't been brushed. I made an appnt for her today, 11:00am, and brought her in and dropped her off. I was told they would call me as soon as she is done. At around 1:00pm I had still not received a call so I went into the shop and inquired on Sassy. I was told that they had not yet started on her and the cat groomer just showed up. I asked if she had been kept inside of her cage the entire 2+ hours, and she replied "Yes" and apologized for it. She said she would start on her now and I said no and took her home. I was too upset to stay there and vent my feelings on them. My wife had passed away one year ago last Saturday and I knew she would be furious if she knew they had done this to her cat. Upon arriving home, I opened the cat door and found that Sassy had defecated all over her tail and legs, and her blanket and pad were soaked with urine. I cleaned her off and placed the items in the washer. I used to LOVE Dee's; had full confidence in them and trusted them completely with my wife's cat. Instead of calling me and letting me know that they had a time issue and to come and pick her up, they kept quiet and did nothing, putting my cat in that situation. I always tipped the groomer generously as I knew how much she had worked on getting my cat ready. I even referred them to a few friends, from which I will be contacting them and letting them know what happened. Trust is an important issue to me and once that trust is violated I do not want anything to do with that establishment. read more

Bear our Australian Shepherd always looks fantastic when we take him to Dee's. They do a great job shampooing him so that the dog funk isn't there anymore. We just picked up our dog from Dee's and are so happy! This was Luna, our 1 year old black cockapoo's first time there, she has previously been to grooming at Petsmart and Yuppy Puppy. She was dropped off at 9:30 and picked up at 1:30 which was right on time for when they said she'd be ready! She was taken here to fix a bad groom done at Petsmart where the groomer left unevenly long pieces hair at her armpits and butt and her body shorter. Bianca took her time listening to us, taking notes, and making sure that we would get the cut we want. She also explained the steps they would take/explaining that they would have to cut more if she was matted and might have to trim her eyelashes if she moved around a lot. You can tell that the groomers care about the dogs and love what they are doing. We keep her coat in good condition so they kept her body the same length, trimmed down her face area, bathed her, trimmed her nails, etc. She looks and smells amazing. I was fully expecting to pay $80-100 for her cut as the poodle mixes are expensive but was pleasantly surprised at the cost of it which was less than Petsmart and WAY less than Yuppy Puppy. I will keep returning with Luna and highly recommend Dee's if you're looking for a good, affordable groom. read more

The girl at the cashier was very sweet but as I was leaving I saw one of the ladies get irritated with one of the small dogs and she grabbed the dog by the hair and said "stop that" in a very mean tone. And was shaking his head still holding his hair. When I came back to pick up my baby I didn't realize until I got home she was bleeding from her eye (I assume they eye poked her) and my sweater got stained with blood. My dog was bleeding from her leg. They didn't have the decency to tell me that her leg and eye were bleeding. I had to treat her wounds from home with a remedie. read more

Pretty good job of grooming our mini aussie, but they claimed she chewed her leash up and the leash had two places on it that were very "precise" chew marks for a puppy. I posted a pic so you all can judge for yourselves. I don't care if accidents happen but lying about it seems unnecessary. We probably wont be coming here again which makes me sad :( Lots of people love this place! It seems their grooming is great but lying about a small leash isnt very good character. Oh well! I am a crazy dog mom and will try to move mountains for my puppy. I've been a couple places to groom my baby but left feeling it wasn't quite worth it. Based on my friends' recommendation I took my baby here for the first time today. I was extremely on edge. I made an appointment pretty last minute. I asked for an appointment so I cans stay then take her back with me. I was quoted $46 and that it may go up depending on the state my puppy's hair was and her temperament. I forgot to use the Yelp check in for a free teeth cleaning, but I will be sure to use it at the next visit! My baby Pax came out super cute! And I usually don't like her hair short. But we are currently in a heat wave and I didn't want her to suffer. They also have her a cute bandana-- thank you! Because she is no bow dog! I highly recommend them.
