My dog gets his nails cut here all the time by the owner woman, he's a chihuahua mix. We walk in…read moreand are accepted immediately. Only $20. But I do have another dog, she's a husky pit bull mix I think so she's a medium sized dog with a lot of anxiety about her feet being touched so we have to wait for certain days when there is a second employee to cut her nails because he's better at handling her. Even with that inconvenience I still give five stars for how they treat her. Sometimes she needs a muzzle and she's pees and poops on the ground because she's scared (I got her from the pound so I don't know why she is like this, she has always been an anxious dog) but they still take care of her and treat her with respect. Even when I apologize for her behavior, they never seem to mind. They're really nice. Only 20$ for her nail cuts too.

had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience. During a recent grooming appointment, my…read moredog suffered a serious injury that required veterinary attention. Instead of taking accountability, the groomer falsely accused me of neglecting my dog, which is both untrue and unprofessional. I take my pet's care very seriously, and while matting can occur, it does not justify injuries caused by negligence during grooming. The groomer's dismissive and threatening attitude, including baseless claims and refusal to address the harm caused, reflects a lack of professionalism and care. I cannot recommend this business to anyone who values their pet's safety. If you choose to go here, be aware that the responsibility for any harm or injury may be unfairly shifted onto you. This review keeps the tone professional while highlighting your concerns clearly for potential customers. Let me know if you'd like to adjust it further!
