Thanks Lisa for being patient with our Wired Hair Fox Terrier. She has an anxiety and Lisa was patient and kind to groom her even though she did have her full pill of anxiety medicine. Thank you Lisa, Randy read more

had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience. During a recent grooming appointment, my dog suffered a serious injury that required veterinary attention. Instead of taking accountability, the groomer falsely accused me of neglecting my dog, which is both untrue and unprofessional. I take my pet's care very seriously, and while matting can occur, it does not justify injuries caused by negligence during grooming. The groomer's dismissive and threatening attitude, including baseless claims and refusal to address the harm caused, reflects a lack of professionalism and care. I cannot recommend this business to anyone who values their pet's safety. If you choose to go here, be aware that the responsibility for any harm or injury may be unfairly shifted onto you. This review keeps the tone professional while highlighting your concerns clearly for potential customers. Let me know if you'd like to adjust it further! read more

Excellent customer service. One time when I was struggling to get my 100-pound Bouvier des Flandres to walk from the truck to the entrance, the groomer came out and helped me. The groomer brings the best behavior out of Chana and makes him look gorgeous. Her turn around time is impressive as is her ability to schedule my constant last minute appointment requests. read more

I personally have not been to this grooming place but I will forever refuse to bring my fur baby here. I am very big on customer service and how a place answers there phones I called this place on a Saturday probably a busy day for this place but when I called a lady answered I simply asked if they did nail trimming there and with out hesitation & a rude manner she said "Yes but we don't have an appointment till tomorrow" I said okay without even saying bye or giving me a chance to say anything else she had hung up. Even if she was super busy she could have asked if I needed an appointment and asked to put me on hold or something other then hanging up and answering rudely. I had to take my dog somewhere else were they had great customer service and just a up beat attitude. To her response : stop having a bad attitude staff. have a good day. read more

I was charged $125 for my 4 month old Labordoodle, who was not very long or matted at all. Honestly it looked like they just cut around her eyes, washed, & blow dried her. Way too much for the cost of a puppy, who's definitely far from full size! read more

Would not recommend this grooming service. Very expensive for always a choppy cut and rude service. We prefer our dog to be shorter for summer and it helps with his breathing when it's hot out. The owner Lisa stated that our 3yr old cocker spaniel is a "fat butterball" and should only be fed once daily. As a responsible pet parent I took him to our vet who in turn stated once a day feeding not necessary and that my dog would likely be starving if I did. He also gave my dog a clean bill of health. As a registered nurse I wouldn't give anyone advice on how to cut their hair..same difference Lisa don't give advice on what your clearly not educated enough to dole out recommendation on. My vet recommended filing a review/complaint against you with the BBB. Also your staff could learn some basic customer service skills..like saying 'good morning' and smiling once in awhile. Come on are yours lives that unhappy! You all are trusted with the most innocent precious souls..be kind..sending you good vibes..do better Lisa and staff at Animal House Grooming! read more

I never write reviews but after my bad experience I feel should warn others. I had taken my dogs a couple times before with no problems but this last time one my dogs was injured and it was a traumatizing experience. When I showed up to pick him up, I asked Lisa how he did and she said he did fine (other than not liking the bath). She failed to tell me that she had cut his tongue and that he was bleeding. When I put on his collar to take him home, he started bleeding a lot, all over my hands! I got scared and asked her what happened. She finally told me that "she might of cut his tongue" and she was not apologetic nor did she offer a discount! I couldn't take him home because he was bleeding so much! He had to stay longer and they iced his tongue with ice cream which eventually stopped the bleeding. Needless to say, it was a very scary experience and I felt horrible that my dog had to go through this. I no longer take my dogs to get groomed at Animal House. read more

It's difficult to find a groomer to take cats in, especially older cats! My cat Shadow is a Russian blue she is 15 years old, I'm grateful and thankful Lisa said she would groom her . My cat was happy when I picked her up and she was happy when she got home (and if you have a cat ‍ they will let you know when they are pissed off ) Shadow was in a very good mood and that's the best feeling.. To know your animal is comfortable! Thank you Lisa read more

Let's talk about how amazing my baby girl looks! Today was our first trip to Lisa and I can say for certain that I never want to go anywhere else! My pup is always somewhat anxious. And if she is handled anything other than super gentle, she gets scared. And she doesn't like her feet touched which usually makes grooming her a pain. Lisa must be some kind of dog whisperer because my pup's paws have never looked so good. And she was so HAPPY when I picked her up! Not afraid at all! Great cut! Happy dog! Happy *** Update! *** Lisa is still awesome 5/11/19 read more

Lisa is so great with our crazy Bull Terrier Cricket. When we get Cricket back, she's shiny, soft and fresh. She's not the easiest dog to keep clean, since she's all white and loves to sunbathe...in dirt. Lisa works with and owns show dogs, so she's passionate and genuinely loves them. I was not at all pleased with the service or friendliness of Lisa! I asked her to pluck the hair out of my babies ears and didn't do that just cut them off! She had beautiful long ears and for a poodle looked great. I guess I should have specified but didn't know I had to. Didn't even put her leash on her and kept her for 5 1/2 hours! All she did was a high priced bath, cut her face and feet. Never again! read more
