She had questions and I had questions. I told her that I was searching for a stylist who could give my dog an Asian fusion cut. I sent her the video. I was wondering if she could do it. She said yes! She asked me questions about the dog and eventually, we set the time and date. When we arrived at the dog salon, Lisa showed us the many services her place offered. The place was loaded with many stylists busy with their dogs. The place has a self service dog wash offered there, and a kennel for the dog waiting for their parents. They have dog "things" sold in the lobby as well. While Kiwi was being pampered, we went to Trader Joe's and the mall before our telephone rang. Kiwi was ready. My dog was very happy, and we were very happy when we saw the final results. Kiwi, now, gets compliments from strangers. He goes into Starbucks and gets a puppichino and the customers smile when they see him. Having an experienced dog hairstylist makes all the differences. Lisa did an "epic" job with Kiwi. Spectacular! The services are worth the drive from Turlock to Modesto.

Other grooming places we've tried in the past never seemed to get her truly clean (Nala does not like water), but Janese exceeded all expectations. When my wife saw Nala after the appointment, she was amazed. Nala looked and smelled fresh. For the second visit, our Frenchie, Reese, needed a good grooming session. Janese did an incredible job. Reese came out happy, clean, and clearly well cared for. Janese really knows how to handle our dogs with so much love and attention. Appreciate their communication on arrival time, etc as well. Previously, Marco groomed my dog then once we moved we got partnered with Yan. Both groomers are great and very patient with my unpredictable dog as she doesn't like getting groomed. My dogs been getting better at handling groomings thanks to the great and patient team. Typically, it is $130 for a full grooming, bath, nail trim, etc, which I think is worth it since they come to you and finish within a few hours. The 1-1 service is great for nervous dogs so I highly recommend this service for other pet owners!

First I booked online as usual the gave me a price like what I had before. The groomer came ask me how short the cut then when she was finished she told me there is 40.00 extra for older dog. I was surprised she should have told me this before she started the service so there will be no surprises after the service. I am very disappointed. This not the way to run a business I usually don't leave a negative feedback but this a warning for those who uses this grooming service.
