Excellent spot for getting your pet groomed. Very competitive prices and very caring staff. My Rottweiler Athena had a big issue getting her nails clipped and was scared of the blow dryer to no fault of the staff. They took extra time to wait till I could get there to hold her gently while they clip her nails and they let her air dry instead of using the dryer to keep her happy. Highly recommend is they care about the dog and are very patient. read more

They are very accommodating, I had to reschedule my appointment and they were able to get me in the next day! So excited about Tangled Tails being in our shopping center. We were referred to them by our groomer that takes care of our pups when we are at our vacation home. Amanda was very helpful in accommodating the appointment day and time we needed. My dogs are cattle dogs and quirky. She handled them amazingly well and they were so beautiful when we picked them up! Ace is a white dog who gets pretty dirty working. He was nearly pure white and his coat was soft and well conditioned. His nails were also perfectly trimmed. Prices were very reasonable. We've had really good experiences here, but getting an appointment sometimes can be challenging. It is a super cute grooming salon but it's a little tight with not a lot of room as soon as you enter. I'm also not too sure how they set their prices because we took our dog on the first groom there we paid about 65 for a full groom a month later they charged us 85 and the following month it was 90. Our dog is 20 pounds full grown poodle mix we keep him short so the pricing sometimes doesn't make sense. Great place just not consistent for me read more

We recently had to find a new groomer since ours was no longer serving were I lived. Very happy to report Daisy our black Goldendoodle came out looking BEAUTIFUL! When we got there Daisy was nervous and shy and the male groomer welcomed her and gave her a big hug as he carried her in. I loved that he was able to carry her because she loves being carried so it definitely brought her the comfort of being home. They were very reasonably priced too and she was done within two hours! I have a senior, 16 year old, deaf Jack Russell. I tried to get a mobile groomer, I heard about Tangled Tails being new and experienced with mobile grooming. I was nervous to leave 'Maggie' at a groomer, but right at the door we were welcomed in and reassured that Maggie would be well taken care of, and she was, she came out looking 10 years younger, cute little cut and bows too. I'm so happy that I found Tangled Tails for my dogs. Amanda and Karen groomed my dogs and did an excellent job. I was disappointed at the last grooming place as they did not listen to anything I requested for my dogs. Karen used to work there and she always does excellent work. I found her again at Tangled Tails! Please stay there! Amanda was is a perfectionist and wanted to make sure that she would be grooming them as I requested. And she did! This is where I will go from here on as the groomers are friendly and the dogs look great. All of the tables were occupied by dogs, 5 or 6 tables and every dog looked fantastic.
