I don't know any other information. My dog isn't aggressive, unsure what actually happened, but I've been taking him to Posh Paws ever since with 0 issues. It seems to me my dog is more excited to be here than at the dog park, which is saying quite a bit. I've yet to meet any staff who are anything but courteous and polite, many of whom seem just as excited to see my dog as he is to see them. Amazing pet salon.

They ended up doing the surgery and he died 2 days later due to having a bad reaction to the anestesia. I would only come to find out that they are supposed to run blood tests to make sure your furanimal is okay to be put under. They didn't do that. It could have been avoided. Also, years before that, they diagnosed my then dog with cancer and gave him a month to live and that was that. We took him to another vet. They also diagnosed him with cancer HOWEVER they provided us with medicine that helped and gave us 8 more months with him. They lack incentive. I am glad I changed vet clinics. I regret taking my dogs there.

She was fairly outgrown and I showed Yan some photos of cuts I liked and he did exactly want I wanted. YAY! He even texted me to ask if I wanted to come peek at her to make sure I was happy with what he had done. Our dog is 57 pounds with poodle type hair so I know she's not an easy dog to groom but he did a fabulous job! When I emailed her about my concerns she first only mentioned the payment. I then had to ask her again to address my concerns over the reading. She told me that she had many "hits". These were all general statements that could be applied to most owners and dogs. While she was kind during our session, when I emailed her that I would not pay for something that I deemed fraudulent, she said she could not alleviate my guilt. That is not what I was looking for, only to connect with him and ask for his forgiveness. I am not sure if it is even possible to be able to connect with a pet that has passed, but Laura does not seem to be the one if it is.

You gave him his flea medication and kept a watchful eye over him to make sure he did not have any allergic reactions, also gave him a warm bath to soothe him of any skin irritations he may have from the shampoo I used or from the flea meds. You created a plan to get a handle on his allergies, whether it may be fleas, food, or chemicals such as shampoo, laundry soap, perfume, carpet cleaner ect. He wears a lot of clothes so no clothes for a while. I so appreciate all of you at American Pet Clinic, especially Dr Carlos Alex Ramirez I have never had such wonderful care, compassion, attention to detail and professionalism from any Veterinarian before, and because of this you are my go to Veterinarian even thou you are an hour a way I will always come here. I normally don't write reviews, but seriously do NOT go to this place. I was taking in my new cat…read morefor a spay. Was told $120 out the door plus $50-80 IF she were pregnant. I asked if this was the final out the door price and they said yes. Turns out they charged me $180 for the spay( so totally lied about the amount) and added on and an "in heat" charge that I was never initially told me about. This was an extra $75. Mind you, she was never pregnant so she basically got charged the same amount, on the high end, for NOT being pregnant. Also added a bunch of charges that I was not told about. It ended up being almost $450 which was almost TRIPLE that I was initially quoted for the spay. Despite this, they were supposed to tell me when she was ready for pickup. Said they would call around 3-5 and I never got a call. I ended up calling the multiple times and they never answered so we just showed up, and it took them an extra 30 minutes to retrieve the cat. They also said they couldn't put a cone on her because she tried to scratch them. Is that not what you pay the vet for? If you can't put on a simple cone why are you working at a veterinary office? The girl at the front desk who was working today was extremely rude and abrupt when I expressed concern about the misinformation of the price. Overall, horribly unprofessional office that clearly doesn't care about animals and will completely rip you off. Don't go here.
