Molly got a little bandana after her grooming service!
    Irene O.

Molly always gets her grooming done here... they do the works along with nails, ear cleaning and anal expressions.... She always comes back to us so soft. We can't get her ourselves in the tub ever because she just hunkers down and she's too heavy for my back... try them out... they are kind and good people with reasonable prices so please tip accordingly We have also taken our neighbors dog Bella which is a smaller white pittie and she was so happy and super white again... they used my shampoo products I provided as requested

Shaved my siberian husky without my consent! Gouges and cuts everywhere! Some areas are shaved raw to the skin, you do not shave huskies, especially without prior consent or informing the owner.

I've gone here multiple times and unfortunately I won't be coming back... The cuts are too inconsistent. The first cut she got was so cute and i absolutely loved it. The second was cute too. But the cut she received today was so bad that I cried real adult tears. Her legs are so choppy, there's random puffs of long fur, they shaved her nose bridge all the way down so she has a funny looking face. And they completely shaved her down from adorable and fluffy to unbelievably short and really just ugly. I was overlooking the smell, the dirty environment, the five hour wait time, and the screaming dogs in the back because i loved the cuts at first. i thought maybe the poor haircuts were duds. But I just can't play russian roulette with my puppy or my $60. Sorry

Brought my matted dog in for a hair cut and they did excellent with him! Left him there for the day so nothing is rushed and brought home such a handsome little fella! Parking is tricky, best to park at the furniture store next door and walk to the groomers. Reading through some of these old reviews is ridiculous! It's a birding and grooming facility, it will not smell of roses and bleach. Worth the wait and very affordable!

I have been taking my cat Belle here for about 10 years now! Julie and her staff are wonderful! They always take such great care of Belle! Highly recommend " Two Paws Up"

Maltese was matted & body needs to be shaved. I asked for the face to be saved since it wasn't matted. I received an uneven face trimming, choppy face hair. horrible after leaving my girl was there for 7 hrs+. First and last time going there.

Very affordable! Able to get an appointment right away. Very nice people! The parking is bad, but I've never had to park anywhere else.

Easy to get appointment. Groomers kind and thorough. Only hard part is getting to salon via parking lot next door.

Julie always made my shi tzu nice and short (per my request) and he would come home so happy after his visits.

The owner, Lisa, even picked up a prescription for my dog while he was boarding and I was out of the country. With my dog Riley, they take extra care with getting him settled in and adjusted because he developed a bit of separation anxiety after the pandemic. They always have him looking his best after his every six weeks grooming. To make it easier for me (not having to call for an appointment) they've been booking him out every six weeks for the entire year. It is so easy for me to remember, and they do such a great job with him. I cannot say enough how much trust I have in Lisa and her team at Top Notch. If he needs to be boarded, I know he is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Top Notch was once a great kennel. But it has new ownership and it is absolutely horrible…read more About a year ago, it cost $40 to board my dog overnight. The new ownership has jacked up the price by 50%! It now costs $60 rather than $40! Included in that is $10/day just to feed your dog!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? If I board him there four days, I could have bought a bag of the Kirkland brand they use that would last him 6 weeks! When I brought my dog home, he ran straight to his water bowl and drank nearly the entire bowl. Apparently Top Notch no longer provides water to boarders!!! It probably costs another $10/day for that. What next? $10/day for the air he breathes? Last time they overcharged me for my stay. The clerk said she couldn't give me the breakdown of the charge until she ran my card. Then I could log onto their new website to see the breakdown. Sure enough, she overcharged me. Oddly, she didn't know how to credit my card, only charge it. I never did see the credit come through on my statement. They had charged me for the private play for the day I checked out, even though I was checking out first thing in the morning. It seemed clear that they were systematically overcharging people because the charge for private play was automatically generated as soon as the system registered a new day (i.e., at midnight). Most people never knew they were overcharged. I complained both times. However, both times I told them not to have the manager call. It simply wasn't worth it because I have far too much to do to argue with corporate. Nonetheless their corporate manager called and used corporate spin about their changes, and how they were only doing it for my good. Really? Wasting my time only added insult to injury. Top Notch used to know my dog, what he ate, what he likes, etc. Now they don't know anything about him. They used to provide a "report card" after each stay, telling me how he did. Now you have to log on to their website to see an impersonal computer screen of notes. Honestly, I don't want to log onto yet another website. A 50% increase in price for worse service, $10/day if you don't want your pet to starve, an obviously dehydrated pet when you get them back. And all that for 50% more + a $10 overcharge to boot. And if you'd like, you can also get a phone call with corporate spin. I've given Top Notch $1000s over the last 20 years. They won't get even a single $1 more from me. No thank you, Flop Botch.

So she finished her medication and was still having trouble. We called the vet to ask questions and was told that the doctor would call us back. Doctor never called is back and we paid $730.
