Great service!…read more Whenever I bring my dog to Debbie's, she comes back looking great! She is a small Maltipoo with very coily hair. They handle her coat well and she comes back super fluffy. They are also sure to trim her feet and ears, giving her a cute doll-like look. When my dog developed some skin sensitivities, Debbie's was very accommodating and adjusted her shampoos and scents. This allowed my dog to still be groomed without itchy or irritated skin! They always finish the groom with either a seasonal bandana or bow which is super cute. Unfortunately, there have been a few times where they have nicked a small bump my dog has on her back which has bled but it was never something super concerning. Sometimes they leave some dark lick stains around the mouth and feet but I understand it's hard to get out with a white dog. But overall, she comes back whiter and fluffier than I could ever imagine! Even when busy, they always finish the grooming within just a few hours. They call the number you provide at drop-off and let you know what time they plan to close for the day. The staff members are very personable and friendly. The business seems very sanitary and I have confidence in its cleanliness. I will definitely keep bringing my dog here!

She always comes back so soft and smelling fresh. We have a small dog that is roughly 10 pounds. I think their prices are pretty fair. It was $45 to get her hair/nails trimmed and a bath. She frequently attempts to reschedule my dog's appointments, canceling and postponing them without adequate notice. I have made appointments months in advance, as required by Nikki, yet my dog is consistently prioritized last. The most recent incident occurred when I had scheduled an appointment for October 3, which Nikki initially denied. However, I provided proof of the scheduled appointment, and she subsequently requested my dog's shot records at 9:30 p.m. (who does that ) I've been with her a few years and always tolerated but no more. I am extremely dissatisfied with Nikki's service and would not recommend her company. I hope others do not experience the same level of disappointment.

Two weeks ago, my dog suffered a broken blood vessel in his eye due to a grooming harness that was not adjusted properly. While being dried, he attempted to jump off the grooming table. Although the groomer caught him, there was a moment when he was left hanging by the harness. As a professional grooming business, I would expect staff to anticipate that dogs may try to jump and ensure proper safety measures are in place. My niece picked him up and contacted me right away. When she sent me a photo of his eye, I was heartbroken. After I called and left a voicemail, an employee named Carla returned my call and initially stated that my dog had arrived with the injury. If that were true, I question why grooming services would have been performed on a dog with a visibly red and swollen eye. Later, after reviewing the video footage, Carla called back and acknowledged that she could see where the injury occurred. She advised me to take my dog to the veterinarian and stated that the expenses would be covered. I did exactly that and provided both the veterinarian's notes and my receipt. I only requested reimbursement for the grooming service ($100) and the veterinary bill ($125). However, the owner has since claimed that the incident was my dog's fault and has refused responsibility. If you love your pet, I encourage you to carefully consider this experience before bringing them here. My goal is simply to prevent another dog from suffering the way my Teddy has. PS-They don't deserve a single star. It's the lowest level you can select with Yelp.
