Other grooming places we've tried in the past never seemed to get her truly clean (Nala does not like water), but Janese exceeded all expectations. When my wife saw Nala after the appointment, she was amazed. Nala looked and smelled fresh. For the second visit, our Frenchie, Reese, needed a good grooming session. Janese did an incredible job. I'm really happy with the haircut she gives him - he looks better than any other groomer I've used. Wow My Dog also came through for me last minute when I took in a foster dog who needed a grooming session urgently. They were able to send me a groomer on the same day. My foster dog was anxious but again, they were so good and patient with her. Highly recommend this service!

The groomer arrived earlier than initially expected which worked out nicely for us. (He reached out via text the morning of to see if he could come earlier.) Upon arrival he was kind, personable and so good with our pup. She took to him pretty quickly. This was our first grooming experience ever. And I didn't realize how valuable it would be to have someone come to your home, greet your pet and groom them onsite, but it was such a time saver for us. It allowed us to do some much needed home maintenance with the pup out of the house. I received a text when the groomer was done and then shortly after there was a knock on the door with our freshly groomed pup. I do have to note that the shampoo products smelled strongly. It was a good smell but a bit overpowering, at least for our liking. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend.
