I've been taking my dog Cookie to get nails on a regular basis for over a year, but today is the…read morelast day that I go there. For the umpteenth tome I've had to fill out the same paperwork and asked if she had her vacancies. Mind you she goes on a regular basis, like don't you guys keep records? I've been to several groomers in the area and never had to do this at every appointment. Cookie was chewing at her leash the last time she was there she chewed through her leather leash, she never does this when she goes to Dr. Santo's. This is very telling that something is not right with their groomers, because she's never behaved this way at the others. I would not take your fur babies there. They definitely need serious improvement there, before a pet is hurt.

Once at the register the lady at the check out asked if I wanted a water conditioner, I stated no thank you, she pushed the product, I continued to decline. I stated that I used purified water for my tanks and a conditioner was not necessary. Worker walked to the office came back and stated because I wouldn't purchase their water conditioner they wouldn't sell me fish. I stated it was fine and she again pushed the product. I left without purchasing anything. I also did attempt to contact corporate to ask about store policies and they were no help either. Overall it was a very unfortunate experience for me and my daughter.

She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt completely comfortable and excited about bringing our new pet home. In addition to Janine, a gentleman named Stacy also works there and stepped in to assist us. He was a true gentleman--very polite, patient, and eager to make sure our visit was special. Having both of them guide us made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel smooth and genuinely enjoyable. Shawn also jumped in to help, bringing a fantastic, practical approach to the table. He was vocal, straightforward, and clearly tried his best to make sure we received our new parakeet. The teamwork at this store is outstanding, and they made my son's birthday gift incredibly memorable! Highly recommend!

I visited this store for the first time on Friday with my mom, and unfortunately it was a very…read moreuncomfortable experience. I drove 45 minutes specifically to find Stella & Chewy's stew, which is the only brand my dogs eat. I was actually really excited at first the store is big and has a great selection. However, almost immediately after walking in, I got the feeling that we were being watched. At first I tried to ignore it, but it quickly became obvious that multiple employees were following us around, pretending to stock shelves while staying close to us the entire time. I've worked in asset protection before, so I can recognize that kind of behavior. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and anxious, especially since I already deal with social anxiety. At one point I even told my mom I wanted to leave because it felt like they thought we were stealing, but we stayed since we didn't drive that far for nothing. When we finally checked out and were leaving, several employees stood near the entrance just staring at us, which made the situation even worse. I've never felt so judged and unwelcome in a store before. What should have been a positive first visit turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. I won't be coming back and will just continue purchasing elsewhere.
