I felt bad for my Sombra even tho SHE was going through a change, and only me, her mommy, had to act very, very fast to try and figure out how can I get her back to feeling somewhat better temporarily. I couldn't wait for Amazon to deliver a day or two later. I called Petsmart Merced, spoke to Jonathan and he quickly guided me with some products they may have in stock. Once I arrived, another staffer directed me to the right isle and I was able to view what I believed my kitty needed but I needed Jonathan's feedback too and WE both picked up the same product. Thank Jonathan and team for your assistance to this urgent matter. I would recommend my family, friends and newcomers to Petsmart Merced. Everyone have a wonderful day! The whole experience was not worth it. I recommend washing your dog at home or going to a groomer. The service was fine.

Then when he turned to the side and I picked him up that's when I noticed the bad wound he had on his leg. I told them I wanted my money back and I will never go back there again. I was not gonna back down on this since they did it they were trying to make it look like I did it to Oliver and I was trying to get my money back. Like I said this is the second time they've done it the first time it was different I forgave them and they were like oh sorry I forgot to tell you, but now that they're saying they didn't do it and they weren't gonna give me my money back that's the time that I said no more of this crap It's not fair to Oliver and it's not fair to me. While I was crying I said please just give me my money back I will never come. so of course he walks away then he handed me the $55 and says make sure you tell the next Groomer he's a biter and don't ever come back, which I told him when I first walked in I am never coming back to this place.. plus it always smelled and hair was always around it's not a well kept business. The raised beds with the steps for the dogs to use are wonderful. I went to another place to use their dog wash and they did not have steps so I had to lift up this 30 pound puppy wiggling trying to get her in the tub.
