Her Booksy system makes you wait up to…read more24 hours for appointment approval, which means she has her system set up to manually accept appointments and they are not automatically accepted. My appointment was accepted and confirmed. The first time, the owner texted me two hours before my appointment asking if I could come in earlier or reschedule because her son had a dentist appointment and she was worried her husband wouldn't make it back in time to pick up their other children from school. I live in Yosemite Village, which is about a 1 hour and 10 minute drive, so coming in earlier was not possible. I rescheduled, and she accepted and confirmed the new appointment. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, she texted me again 1 hour and 30 minutes before my appointment and while I was already driving to cancel once more. She said her child had parent-teacher conferences and that she didn't understand how my appointment was even booked, despite the fact that she manually accepted the appointment herself through Booksy. She also said her system was supposed to be closed at that time. Even though it didn't close and she waited to tell me this the day off my appointment that was booked out a week in advance ? I explained via text that I was already on my way and expressed how unprofessional this was given the distance I had traveled and the confirmed appointment. After that, she repeatedly called me over and over, even after I asked her to please stop calling. I had to turn around, cancel my plans, and eventually block her number. I fully understand having children, I had my 5-year-old daughter with me that day as well but when you run a business, personal scheduling conflicts should not repeatedly fall on customers at the last minute. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, and it seems the business does not have the time or organization to reliably take appointments. I would not attempt to book here again.

They were able to ride nearly everything together; our two-year-old was only too short for one ride. The rides were adorable, but Dino Land was the highlight for our family. The dinosaurs looked and sounded so realistic, and the surprise water sprayer made the experience even more fun. Our girls were blown away! The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, too. While my husband was trying to take a picture of our daughter, a team member came over and offered to take a family photo for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one of those little moments that made the day feel extra special. We were also pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced the food court was. I would absolutely recommend Hunter Farms to families with young kids. Come early, plan to stay a while, and enjoy it all. We'd give it a 10 out of 10!
