Right after picking him up we went to the gym and we were there for a few hours. He slept the whole time. Then when he turned to the side and I picked him up that's when I noticed the bad wound he had on his leg. Immediately I went back to let them know I was very upset and this had been the second time that he had been injured where nobody discussed it with me and told me. I told them I wanted my money back and I will never go back there again. The gentleman took a picture send it to the Groomer and she denied it and said that it never happened and that he did it Oliver did it! I was very emotional and I cried there was no sympathy from either one of them they were not gonna give me my money back and they kept saying they didn't do it when obviously they did... I was very upset and they were not gonna give me my money and I told them I was gonna call the police. I was not gonna back down on this since they did it they were trying to make it look like I did it to Oliver and I was trying to get my money back. Like I said this is the second time they've done it the first time it was different I forgave them and they were like oh sorry I forgot to tell you, but now that they're saying they didn't do it and they weren't gonna give me my money back that's the time that I said no more of this crap It's not fair to Oliver and it's not fair to me. While I was crying I said please just give me my money back I will never come. so of course he walks away then he handed me the $55 and says make sure you tell the next Groomer he's a biter and don't ever come back, which I told him when I first walked in I am never coming back to this place.. plus it always smelled and hair was always around it's not a well kept business. Anybody that hurts and inflict pain on your injured animals they are not good people and they're liars!! so if you're smart you won't do business with this place there's a lot of other businesses that will treat your dog a lot better and not hurt them. Beware of Bark And Biscuit!!!!!!!!!!!

Michael handled my boys like a BoSs! My dogs (*sigh*) they are, well, their "an experience". They don't go out socially very often. They are very nervous, exponentially more when we bring them anywhere. TheodorAble Barks-a-Late' is a 4 year old chihuahua and George is a 10 year old 1/2 blk lab, and 1/2 chihuahua + unknown. Both of my boys whined and cried and were basically nightmares. TheodorAble peed while he was carried to the back. Michael though, powered thru to trim both my dogs nails. My dogs, MyDude and I cannot give enough Thanks to Michael. He exercised great patience and perseverance. We will definitly bring our dogs in again, and we highly recommend Bibbidi Bobbidi Bark Dog Spa.

Our rescue is a senior chihuahua mix and her nails obviously had not been trimmed in a long time. One of the local pet rescues recommended Tails and Nails and they did a terrific job - they were able to safely remove more of the overgrown nail surface than we expected, which was great. She also received a bath to remove shedding hair and a conditioner to keep her comfortable during this dry weather. Our dog was happy and comfortable with all the staff and enjoyed exploring the fenced yard area after her grooming session. We were so pleased that we will be bringing in our senior Labrador for grooming as well. The prices are very reasonable and there's plenty of street parking right in front. Thanks, Tails and Nails!
