My husband needed an item for a home improvement project he is working on so we decided to stop by Ace to pick up what he needed. We were pleased at the selection of items available. The BBQ section was amazing! Even though we don't need a new grill, they have a lot of accessories to offer. I wish we would have had more time to look around, but what we saw was wonderful! Our house was overdue for new paint after 10+ years since our diy paint job and we decided to hire professionals to get the job done. After researching painters, Oscar was recommended by a friend - who saw some of his work in a different neighborhood. From the start, Oscar was attentive, honest, friendly, and accommodating to what we wanted done. We knew what color we wanted for the base color with an idea for the trim and no clue for the door color.  Oscar is very knowledgeable and helped with matching a good trim color and lovely door color that tied everything together. He also offered some ideas to help enhance the look of the house (ie garage door color, color on the stucco popouts) that we took him up on and the overall result looks amazing - like a whole new house! We have security gates and bars and opted for Oscar and his team to paint them as well.  Oscar, Dario, and Joshua arrived early each day and did great work. They were meticulous, courteous, always kept us in the loop, and cleaned up. My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.
