Upon entering, you are greeted and offered assistance and direction to help you get to where you need to be. Saves you the annoyance of aimlessly wandering the aisles. Once you get to the proper aisle there WILL be someone there to help you. And that associate actually knows something! True that Ace won't have absolutely everything, but they will make the effort to find what you need and get you in the right direction. Recently, I was there looking for plumbing products for a repair. They had some of the parts but not all of them. The team took the time to help me find and order the missing parts online. The parts arrived at my home the next day...job done... Who provides that kind of service these days??? Ace does!

He consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty, and it never goes unnoticed. Most recently, I called to ask if they had any recyclable boxes available since I'm moving in the area. Pierson took the time to get my information and personally made sure the receiving department would save boxes for me. He was incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and helpful from start to finish. I shop at this Ace often, and every single time I see Pierson, he's doing more than what his job title requires. He's proactive, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers. He absolutely deserves a raise and would be a tremendous asset in a management role one day.

He's knowledgable and a good person. He wants to help. Adam helped with rodents. They've been gone for several years. They came in within 5 minutes, they loaded it into my truck and away we go!! A HUGE thank you to everyone that helped us out, it was GREATLY appreciated!!!!
