In short this place has nearly everything for common jobs and the customer service is top notch. They are local, born and raised in Stockton and you have to respect that. I try to head here first unless it's something that I truly need to step into that madness called H.D. It took some time and calling multiple people, but eventually she was able to help me after speaking to a supervisor on the phone who had gone home for the day. They figured out they needed to use a different computer for the exchange and they put it on a giftcard so I could repurchase the item I wanted to exchange it for. It was the same item but in a different color. I did not know that the Lowe's return and exchange policy was so complicated! Make sure to read up on their policy if you're making a purchase you are unsure about. This was my first experience doing so, and despite the wait, I really appreciated how the employee was so committed to helping me that she went above and beyond to get it figured out.
