On 9/27/2026, I visited the Lowe's Home Improvement, located at: 10342 Trinity Pkwy, Stockton, CA 95219. Employee Alexandra assisted me. She went out of her way and took time to research the items that I needed and she walked me over to where the items were located. She reviewed the items, gave me important information about them and advised me how to use them. Alexandra provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Alexandra, I will be back just because of your bright smile, knowledge and extraordinary customer service. Kudos to you!!!!!! read more

They recently changed their system so I encountered difficulty exchanging my item, especially because I had ordered through DoorDash and could not have it be refunded to the card that it was paid through. However the employee who was helping me went above and beyond! It took some time and calling multiple people, but eventually she was able to help me after speaking to a supervisor on the phone who had gone home for the day. They figured out they needed to use a different computer for the exchange and they put it on a giftcard so I could repurchase the item I wanted to exchange it for. It was the same item but in a different color. I did not know that the Lowe's return and exchange policy was so complicated! Make sure to read up on their policy if you're making a purchase you are unsure about. This was my first experience doing so, and despite the wait, I really appreciated how the employee was so committed to helping me that she went above and beyond to get it figured out. I had a great experience! While waiting, the employees were also very fun and nice to talk to, which made my experience very pleasant. I liked their dynamic a lot. Lowe's seems to have a great team of employees and seems like a fun place to work at! I would absolutely go back to this location and recommend it to others. read more

3 representatives asked me if I needed help with solar, Im here to shop for electrical and paint. Really dont need this everytime I walk in your store. This is as bad as the pan handlers im trying to get away from outside everywhere. Please be better than this! read more

First time coming into this specific Lowe's, was not really helped or acknowledged by the 5 staff members I passed but that's okay. Had to deal with a heavy ac unit which was needed that day but over exerted myself after dealing with a car accident prior. Also was just watched at the checkout and not really offered help with anything and then was kinda being blocked in since the associate just stood directly in front of of the doors as if I were going to attempt to run out with said heavy ass air conditioning until read more

Do not buy any appliances from Lowe's I bought a washer and dryer 30 days ago When the installers from the Bay area came to install it, it was unbalanced I thought it was just me with the way I was putting the clothes in 3 weeks later. It's still bouncing around I called Lowe's to see if they could have somebody come out and balance it for me They said it's against their policy since I did not use a Lowe's credit card and I did not call them within 48 hours of install Be weary Customer service and policies are unacceptable read more

Just got some wood 2 employees at register Morgan and Tania went out of their way to help me . Really Appreciate their help.

Not quite a homeowner yet. But when I have specifics on what I'm looking for I know I can go into a place at such and for the most part find what I need Today my visit was specifically only to find some outdoor flowers that I can plant that will last throughout the summer and fall season. Mission was accomplished Customer service in the garden section was very friendly and reasonable check out pace. I enjoyed the misters they had at the door that sprays while you're standing in line lol especially during this 100° weather Lots of individuals out and about doing some home-improvement shopping or just simply price checking read more

Quarantine seemed like a good time to start those home projects I never seemed to have time for before so there's been more trips to home improvement stores lately and while I usually go to Home Depot out of convenience, I really like the selection of paint samples Lowe's carries. For $4 you get an almost 8 oz. sample so you're really able to test out a color before you commit. I also like that you can order on-line and p/u in the store so that limits how much contact you have since you're not wandering around looking for things. Normally I like to browse but during these uncertain times I'll pass, lol. Customer service staff has been helpful and they are monitoring how many people are in the store at one time so I appreciate that! read more

Shout out to all the staff who works at this location, especially to the team who takes care of the online pickup order. They were fantastic. I ordered more than 50 boxes of vinyl floors because they had a great deal with the color I wanted. By the time I got there, they had all the boxes ready in a pallet, and they even helped us load it in our car. Super great service. I have shopped here several times, and each time, the staff at this Lowe's location have always been very helpful. Really a great experience. Cheers! read more

The employees working in the garden area were very helpful. Thank you for your services.

It was a task and a half getting the carpet we needed cut, but everyone was so helpful and kind. Shoutsout flooring department for making this process a smooth one. read more

Cabinet department has only one person. That person is on vacation for a week. Good for them I'm sure with only one person working the department it gets hard. BUT WHY DOESN'T LOWES HAVE A BACKUP EMPLOYEE? I went to two different stores at Hammer and Holman one guy typed on a computer for a few minutes before I heard him tell a coworker he didn't know what he was doing. So I left and went to the lowes on Trinity Parkway. That Lowe's employee is the one on vacation..... read more

My family went there to look for a carpet for our stairs. Lowe's has massive choices of carpets in stock and it's hard to make a decision. Lowe's associate Joe was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He helped us to purchase carpet and we are very satisfied. Joe made a great difference and gave us an excellent shopping experience. read more

Don't order a custom door from here. It's been nearly 6 months and my door has yet to arrive. They tried to send out a door that was the wrong size and incorrect swing... even though they had someone come out and measure before ordering it. Then the guy who came to install the temporary door left the interior of my home exposed so now we have to cover that with tarp because it's starting to rain. Just a horrible experience and slowest service. read more

The employees here are quality and helpful in comparison to the other Stockton location. However, our in home delivery order seems to not be right even after two deliveries we need a third. read more

I do not recommend! Sold me a pressure washer that did not work and would not let me take it back.

We bought a window here - because it was the only place for miles that had this size. The person lives in Sacramento. as we were doing the final placement and installation, we discovered a small crack in the glass - under the sticker. So we had to remove the window, and drive ALL the way back to Stockton for a replacement. Computer Inventory showed eight in stock. Well there wasn't eight. There were THREE. One was damaged and had no screen and another one looked used and was FILTHY dirty. The third was a little battered - but should be easily cleaned up and installed. AND We had to finish THAT DAY! Lynndra was helping us at the Returns Desk. She was AWESOME. Very Friendly, helpful and understanding. We left the bad one at the desk and went to pick out the replacement. This was a very unfortunate experience - but she made it much more palatable with her excellent Customer Service. read more

Went to the garden center looking for a cocktail fruit tree. Couldn't find one employee to help me. Had someone page for help in the garden center. After 10min still no one. Asked cashier at front for help but she told to ask another employee because she didn't understand what I was looking for. The other employee tells me cocktail fruit trees are only available during the summer time. I told him that's not true. And apparently he didn't want to find out from the garden center if they had any cocktail fruit trees. I left, and won't be shopping at that Lowes anymore. read more

LOOOOVE Lowe's Trinity Parkway... I'm Frequently approached with "May I help you" and ALWAYS able to easily find a helpful employee. I drive an extra few miles, avoiding the major competitor specifically because of the friendly, welcoming "vibe" of the store . Evidently, something got through to someone here--I gave it another chance after several months, and workers there have been friendly, attentive, and very ready to help when we have questions. It's a pleasure to shop here once again--nice work, folks. read more

A little salty and annoyed... that being said today my dad went into Lowe's with the hope of trying to work something out. They have been very loyal customers to the lodi Lowe's for years. He has a very nice craftsman edger that wouldn't start. His 2 year warranty expired 3 weeks ago. The manager only offered him a small discount on a new one. Tomorrow he will be going to Home Depot. They are disappointed to say the least. Lowe's showing not much respect for a long time customer read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I purchased an appliance yesterday. Said they would deliver today. Delivery crew showed up with my appliance 2 hours early but blocked driveway and got a total attitude and refused to deliver and left with my appliance, then they said my spouse cussed at them and they didn't feel safe. Lowes just lost a 20+ year customer because their delivery crew lied and was snow flakes. Yes I returned my $2000 purchase and will go somewhere else. read more

Worst experience ever at this Lowe's! I bought window blinds and had them cut in store. They cut two of the six I purchased wrong (one 1 1/2 inches short and the other 3/4 too long). To make matters worse, I made 5 phone calls with that store 1. Call on Monday (9/5/22) - Manager "What do you want me to do about it" ( initial response), after we got over that, they promised they would have them ready within two days. 2. Call back on Wednesday - Manager (same one I spoke with before) "Sorry, they didn't come in. I will send some to another store to pick them up and have them ready by Thursday ". No follow up 3. Call store again on Thursday 9/8/22 to find out the status - Customer Service - "The person who runs that department is out to lunch, I will have them call you back as soon as they return" No call back!!! 4. Call again on Saturday afternoon - Different Manager - when I explained to them what has occurred thus far, they state "No one entered anything into our system then said i don't have time for this" and hung up on me. 5. Call again on Monday (9/12/22) to ask about the status- Customer service - "No, we don't have that in stock, you'll need to go to another store" Can you see the trend? Managers don't care about their customers or the service that comes from their location. No follow up, extremely poor communication (Never entered into their system) and lack of empathy for a mistake they created. Do not shop at this Lowes, you will be severely let down. District Manager seriously needs to review the leadership at this store. Pathetic! On a positive note, the Lowes on Hammer Lane was able to take care of everything (and very pleasant and apologetic about my experience with this store) within 20 minutes. Only 1 star because it wouldn't let me post a Zero! read more

Sheets of plywood I needed showing they are available online but then when I went to the store they are not there. Then they tell me that customer service I can order them and it would be set so I go on my phone and now they have disappeared also from that option. Took about 30 minutes to get someone to help me to even check to see if they were here because they're showing up as 8 in the store. Lowe's really needs to improve their inventory checkouts and customer service read more

Well organized huge store. Every employee we encountered at this store was knowledgable and helpful. At Home Depot approximately 30% of the employees are awesome. At Lowe's the percentage was closer to 95%. The selection for home improvement is also much better than Home Depot. Great job Lowe's! read more

I went to buy a fridge the guy at the appliance section was extremely helpful he asked me to go to customer service to finish my transaction. When I went to customer service there was 4 employee there chatting and standing behind the counter they looked at me but did not offer to help me or the person behind me. I went outside to go feed my baby since he was being fussy, I came back inside and the same thing 3 employees just looking at me, one of them finally acknowledged me. This girl was giving me an attitude for no reason. I finally walked out without saying anything. read more

There was an issue with me ordering on line and the date that it was to be delivered, I ordered a dryer at 4pm on Friday and said it was to deliver the next day, at 3:45 I checked and said it was not coming to Sunday which was Mother's Day. Gustavo took my call, I was super upset because I had someone wait at my house Saturday and that Sunday my children we're celebrating me. He calmed me down and discounted my purchase. I have to say he alone with his professionalism to calm me and listen to my issues and helped tremendously, it came on Mother's Day but early enough we had not left for the day. I'm huge on customer service, and I have to say Lowes did well with hiring this man. read more

As repeat customers I have to say one of our favorite things about this Lowe's (other than the diverse selection of amazing plants) is the staff who know their product and go above and beyond to build a good rep with the customers. Definitely goes the extra mile to make you feel like you're making the best choice/keep coming back for more expert advice. Great job! read more

Looking for a new stovetop, I went to this Lowe's. They had a 30" G.E. on sale; however, Lowe's would not sell it to me until after their installer came to my home to take measurements (even though I had already measured). The costs of measuring is $45 and will be taken off the price of installation if I should choose to purchase from them. The installer came out two days later, took the measurements and left. I waited over a week for the sales clerk to call me, and finally just drove back to the stove to make the purchase. I discovered that the installer's measurements were 1/4" smaller than my measurements and they wanted to cut my countertop. The cost of this G.E. stovetop was about $540. Lowe's wanted an additional $467.50 for installation. With the installation charge, the price was almost double! I don't want to accuse Lowe's of being dishonest, but I found it pretty fishy that their measurements were 1/4" smaller than mine (and I remeasured to make sure). It almost felt like they mismeasured on purpose to get a higher installation fee. Of course they kept my $45. I think I will cross this store off of my preferred list of hardware stores. read more
