I was originally told it would take about seven days, but to my surprise, they called me just TWO days later saying they were ready to complete the job! The installation itself took only about two hours. When I returned to my shop to see the finished work, I absolutely fell in love! If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

They worked diligently and were sure to address any questions they had rather than just "wing it". The quality is excellent, and the prices are much more affordable compared to what we found in the SF/Bay Area. We did not find anything suitable as finding the right items for our Mid Century Modern Eichler can be a challenge. But this was a great place to keep in the back of our pocket.

Personally I like to warehouse approach as opposed to the foo foo showrooms so this was my kind of place. We found the exact same tile we saw at Bedrosians for a very attractive price.The helpful warehouseman checked on availability and told us the tile was available in their Modesto warehouse. He also let us have a 20 by 20 tile to take home and check on colors. We bought tile and grout and it was delivered on time as promised. I would definitely recommend this place based on price and efficiency. Don't be turned off by the slightly rough nature of the people that work there and the out of the way location, they are nice folks.
