Carl is fantastic. I was able to get an appointment in about a week. Carl was on time, and pre-treated our carpets for pets and then did hot extraction cleaning on all our carpets. Our carpets look fanastic and the house smells great. He was able to provide good information on his process before I booked the appointment and I'll definitely be using him regularly. Price was very reasonable and the job got done fast but not rushed. The big thing is while your carpets are going to be very damp they were not soaked like other cleaners which took days to dry. Carl did an awesome job on the carpets at my office. My puppy had left numerous reminders of past accidents from his months of potty training. First of all, I have to say this guy is top notch, he gave me a fair price to clean the carpets, and a time he would be there, not only did he show up exactly on time, but he was not in any hurry. I had a couple of problem areas in the carpet that I wanted him to see and he was able to clean them perfectly. The end result in my carpet cleaning far exceeded what I expected could be done since the carpet is pretty old.
