We hired Clarity Complete to manage the housekeeping of our vacation rental cabin in Cold Springs - and we couldn't be happier. Tammi and Jake were very responsive when we reached out for a quote and were able to get to our house that same day. They gave us a quote and set us up for a cleaning ASAP. The cleaning went above and beyond any cleaning service we have ever had in the past, and we have used numerous home cleaning services before. They were extremely thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Their prices are good and definitely worth it, considering the attention to detail and excellent customer service they provide. We also hired them to clean the windows and they literally removed all the screens and climbed up on the roof to thoroughly clean inside and out on our two story house. Today was the first time I had my windows cleaned by this business . Christina and Tammi were professional, but friendly. Christina did all 7 of my Windows, including sliders and French doors by herself. My windows are so clean and sparkly that I wasn't sure if my kitchen slider was open or closed. I was charged almost $1400 for cleaning an empty 2000 square foot home that had been previously cleaned by my renters. All communication with Tammi was crude, insulting and frustrating. She refused to send me a detailed invoice or explain the charges. I would definitely avoid this "business." read more

My windows are impeccably spotless. They cleaned my screens and made sure they were locked so they don't fly away in the wind. They were very professional and friendly. Asked for an estimate. First comment was " Wow! You need a real deep cleaning!" My home is 1100 sq ft. After looking around Tammi's estimate came back at $665.00 deep cleaning before occasional cleaning of $250.00 each visit. What an insult! I've been told by many how nice, neat & clean my place is! Her company cleans an Airbnb across the street from me which sleeps 10. (For $150.00) Each time the guests leave it's a different person who comes to clean. Don't like the idea of having different ppl coming in and out each time. Also understand from another who asked for estimate that Tammi said oh! Don't tell the cleaning ppl what I charge . I don't recommend this cleaning company. Gougers to say the least! I wouldn't have given 1star but the app requires it. Needless to say I found a responsible & thorough person who cleaned my cabin beautifully and charged me $80.00. read more

I hired Jake, the handyman side of this company; to repair a retaining wall that had buckled as well as a portion of my front deck that had been damaged by a fallen branch. I cannot recommend this man highly enough. He tore out the old wood retaining wall that had rotted and replaced it with a new one that should last 100 years. His work was exemplary and affordable. Unlike many contract laborers I have hired in the past Jake showed up when he said and worked all day. He was there everyday until the work was completed. He has great communication skills and is qualified to do any type of work excellently. I have already recommended him to many of my friends and associates and will hire him for every repair or construction job I may have in the future. read more
