1 month ago I stopped working for this company. Everything was going well until they stopped responding to my messages and calls since they did not deposit me the last 2 weeks that I worked with them. leaving me with a debt of almost $ 400. Neither the clients nor the company have ever made a complaint to me as a worker but how disappointing that they behave like this with me after having done so well with my job. read more

We hired Clarity Complete to manage the housekeeping of our vacation rental cabin in Cold Springs - and we couldn't be happier. We live three and a half hours away, the cabin's old, and the weather/environment can be pretty wild. Therefore, we need someone who is solution-oriented, low drama, reliable and adaptable. That's exactly what Tammi & her crew have been. Each time we've had a surprise event, between heaps of snow and plumbing failures, they've been on top of it. They do an excellent job of cleaning too! They may be a bit more expensive than some other options we looked into - but they've proven to be well worth it. read more

Tammi and Jake were very responsive when we reached out for a quote and were able to get to our house that same day. They gave us a quote and set us up for a cleaning ASAP. The cleaning went above and beyond any cleaning service we have ever had in the past, and we have used numerous home cleaning services before. They were extremely thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Their prices are good and definitely worth it, considering the attention to detail and excellent customer service they provide. We also hired them to clean the windows and they literally removed all the screens and climbed up on the roof to thoroughly clean inside and out on our two story house. The windows are so clear that a bird flew through them.... just kidding, but they are very clean! We like how they offer many additional services and we plan on using them in the future. read more

They are the most reliable , consistent, and professional service I've found in the area. The only downside is they are incredibly overpriced. So I don't use them very often and only for big jobs. read more

About all I can say is they show up. Not sure what they do once they are here because I'm at work. But they certainly don't clean. Before Tammi sold they were great! But it has gone way downhill since!! I'm shopping for new service!! read more

Thank you Tammi! We walked into our new place today and it is so clean and the windows look fabulous! Thank you so much! - Kyla

I've never been disappointed with this awesome cleaning service. Easy to deal with. Good communication and boy do they do a great job! Very satisfied! read more

Tammi and Jake have been very helpful. We hired them and their team for house cleaning services. They met and gave me a quote for one of our rentals. They have a process for the scheduled cleanings and also give advice that is helpful to anyone renting their place out to others. Reliable and great job cleaning. They also offer deep cleaning, handy man services, window cleaning, etc. Thank you Tami and Jake! read more

We've used many different cleaning services in the Sonora area, and CCC is definitely one of the best! They always show up when scheduled (a big deal around here), and I never find anything unclean. They do an excellent job and are super nice and easy to work with! Highly recommend! read more

Today was the first time I had my windows cleaned by this business . Christina and Tammi were professional, but friendly. Christina did all 7 of my Windows, including sliders and French doors by herself. My windows are so clean and sparkly that I wasn't sure if my kitchen slider was open or closed. Christina, was amazingly thorough and did a fantastic job. I will diffinately use them again. Forgot to mention that their prices are very reasonable. read more

Excellent cleaning service. Thorough, punctual, great communication and willing to work with me on scheduling. Definitely recommend!

I was charged almost $1400 for cleaning an empty 2000 square foot home that had been previously cleaned by my renters. All communication with Tammi was crude, insulting and frustrating. She refused to send me a detailed invoice or explain the charges. I would definitely avoid this "business." read more

I wrote a detailed review of my negative experience of this company, where I was fair about what they did well and gave details about how they did not fulfill the contracted terms of work but charged me anyway. That review has been removed, as this one will probably be. I hired them based on their excellent yelp reviews, so for as long as this remains up, be warned. read more

Tammy and Jake came to my home to wash my windows. They literally just left my home and I could not review them fast enough! They did an outstanding job! I'm so happy. My windows are impeccably spotless. They cleaned my screens and made sure they were locked so they don't fly away in the wind. They were very professional and friendly. They took time to make sure everything was done to perfection. If you need your windows or handyman services this should be your first call, you won't regret it. Thanks again Tammy and Jake! read more

Asked for an estimate. First comment was " Wow! You need a real deep cleaning!" My home is 1100 sq ft. After looking around Tammi's estimate came back at $665.00 deep cleaning before occasional cleaning of $250.00 each visit. What an insult! I've been told by many how nice, neat & clean my place is! Her company cleans an Airbnb across the street from me which sleeps 10. (For $150.00) Each time the guests leave it's a different person who comes to clean. Don't like the idea of having different ppl coming in and out each time. Also understand from another who asked for estimate that Tammi said oh! Don't tell the cleaning ppl what I charge . I don't recommend this cleaning company. Gougers to say the least! I wouldn't have given 1star but the app requires it. Needless to say I found a responsible & thorough person who cleaned my cabin beautifully and charged me $80.00. read more

This is the second time I have called Tammy, earlier this year she did a move out cleaning for me and today she did my home. Both times I was so impressed with the excellent quality of her work and her attention to detail. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended Tammy and Jake at Clarity Complete Cleaning, they respond quickly, do amazing work, and are a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be calling them again! read more

Once they show up and you see the work level and ethics you're left just saying wow! Money well spent after you see the level the crew takes it to. I would definitely recommend this firms service for anyone fortunate enough to retain they're services. read more

We had Tammi and Jake out today for the first time for "detailed" cleaning of our home. They did such an amazing job! They were so thorough and very attentive to every detail. They very much cared that we were 100% satisfied with their work and we most certainly were. So glad to have found them and look forward to working with them again, next appointment booked Thank you Tammi and Jake read more

The cleaning was very detailed from top to bottom. And really appreciated her upbeat attitude

I hired Jake, the handyman side of this company; to repair a retaining wall that had buckled as well as a portion of my front deck that had been damaged by a fallen branch. I cannot recommend this man highly enough. He tore out the old wood retaining wall that had rotted and replaced it with a new one that should last 100 years. His work was exemplary and affordable. Unlike many contract laborers I have hired in the past Jake showed up when he said and worked all day. He was there everyday until the work was completed. He has great communication skills and is qualified to do any type of work excellently. I have already recommended him to many of my friends and associates and will hire him for every repair or construction job I may have in the future. read more

I used Clarity Complete Cleaning to fully clean a rental I own in California. It was so stress relieving to know the job was getting arranged from out of state. Once I saw the before and after pictures I was very pleased with the outcome! Would highly recommend them for any job! Reliable, dependable and great communication! No problems at all! read more
