Rates .....$45.00 hour regular house cleaning, 30.00 travel fee for homes outside the direct vicinity( 30) min max travel time to address, appliances (inside) upon request and scheduled at an additional $25.00 example... the refrigerator, with the exception of Air B n B clean as then the fridge is always wiped out. Air B n B rates are 200.00 and up. Some commercial cleanings are quoted by the “JOB”. Weekend scheduling has an additional $50.00 surcharge. Vacation cleaning such as Pinecrest start at 200.00. The occasional Move Out is 75.00 per hour. I do limited indoor windows such as sliding glass doors , French doors and kitchen area with a view. I do not skimp on product value. I use Meyers and Method products in many places . I do attempt to keep toxic products such as bleach to a minimum unless absolutely necessary. A clean home is an aromatic and pleasurable experience. I’ve been told I’m the “Goddess of Clean and Tidy Spaces.” I’ll let you be the judge of that.

I then spoke with James who after verifying our car's model and vin #, said he indeed could make us a key. Forwarded him our exact location and in a couple hours (incredible for how remote we were) James and Melissa showed up with their dogs in tow- turns out they were a family business! James made us the key (like magic) and all of our problems just vanished. I really don't know what we would've done without their sacrificing their own time to come and bail us out. Even the bill was under what we were expecting especially considering the amount of travel involved. When I look back on that day, I think how easy it could have been for Melissa to just say 'sorry we don't service that area' and that would have been completely understandable. But Melissa and James are different, they were willing to go the extra (hundred) miles and spend 4 hours of driving time to essentially rescue us from a disaster. 5 Stars doesn't do them justice, they gave more than 110%.
