Then I asked why the extra's were not done, and she claimed I never asked for them. When I told her I wont be using the service anymore, she overcharged me for the last visit, and never said sorry about not meeting my needs. Terrible service. Terrible owner. Now I am paying 35% less, and the cleaning job is twice as good. Another bonus? They do what you ask, unlike PJ & Associates. I would not recommend PJ's to anybody.
