At that point, I let them know that I was looking for more info, more words and maybe just a more welcoming or at least a more communicative response. Their reply was that they answered my questions and if I asked them more they would tell me. I asked about the low all day price and they said they could charge more but choose to keep it affordable. That's a great thing as long as the time and patience and care for dogs is adequate. I have no indication of any patience, any attention to detail, or any interest in caring for my dog. Anyway, maybe this is a great place. I'm just not comfortable with the bare minimum and poor communications, especially from the start.

After having such a negative experience at a specific vet I have mentioned previously on my yelp in…read moreTwain Harte, followed by a negative experience today at the same exact vet my mom had, we were unserviced, upset, and DESPERATE to get our poor kitty taken care of with his shots, and his belly shaved because his long coat gets matted even brushing him all day it just does he's a big fluffy boy lol. It's in the middle of July and extremely hot, keep in mind he is an adult fluffy Maine Coon breed cat, so we felt terrible he was so anxious and we were just trying to keep him cool. By GRACE of the angels, We went by Ruff House where we have gone to groom our dog before and DENISE was SO incredibly calming, reassuring, and helped out in a pinch!!! Especially to my mom, she even knew her by name as well as our pets!! Now that's 1,000 star customer service. She is the SWEETEST lady and her team just loves ours and others animals and you can tell. Not to mention she trimmed his matted belly with a couple helpers in RECORD time! And everyone left so happy! Her and her team are the absolute best in the area and we must put our trust into employees that are animal lovers and not just there for your money but because they love what they do and they care for their life, because these are our fur babies we love. She has been and IS an absolutely darling and a life saver! Not to mention everytime our dog gets a bath there she has the prettiest bows on her collar and she's happy she feels clean and fancy! Not only did she help out today, but she also recommended another Vet after our experience that is known for taking VERY good care of animals so we will now be going there for all of our pets shots, any health concerns, or anything or that matter, and I couldn't be more happy or feel more safe! She yelled at my dogs, spanked them when they misbehaved and gave my daughters a lot an attitude for trying to be involved. Unfortunately we had her do reverse boarding with our two pups one weekend, and after reviewing our security footage we found that she did almost nothing to take care of our animals but instead smoked marijuana and drank beer with her husband who somehow also stayed at our house the entire time. She was expensive, not worth the money and made our animals feel frightened.

Kirsten has been heaven sent just when we needed the right dog for us.  She had selected a…read morebeautiful chocolate lab from a shelter that needed us as much as we needed her. The dog she had selected had behavioral issues that she knew were correctable.  She had to deal with all of the negative behaviors and train her until she not only behaved acceptably but is now just an incredible pet.  Though we had been more border collie people, when we came to Kirsten to help us pick the right dog she chose the perfect match for us. This dog will sit, lie down, and wait until we say it's ok before she eats her food. We've never had that in any previous dogs. While she sometimes tests the boundaries, she also knows that the kitchen is off limits and she's not allowed on furniture. She loves to play ball, fetch, and just run joyously around the yard. Kirsten told us that she had to teach her to play. It seems that she may have been used as a breeder and not treated very well. I have a deteriorating medical condition which I'm sure our dog will adapt to and be good company for me, and then be a great companion for my husband down the road. We truly feel that this dog and the training Kirsten provided were heaven sent.

I'm not going to because they almost killed my 2 year old kitty and I have LOTS of yelpers reaching out to me that they actually did lose their beloved pets after being in the hands of this balk Clinic. That being said I'm absolutely horrified we were with them as long as we were because you're basically playing Russian Roulette with their lives while they have to undergo a surgery due to MANY things they do not practice. Not only that but they lost all our cats and our dog as a patient because the lady that oddly messaged me and said she was going to help me solve my situation indeed did not. She hounded down and yanked my mom to the side when she was trying to get our kitten her shots in a BUSY BUSY waiting room with the line out the door in the heat and was asking her bizarre questions and begging for her to have me take this down. Why? Because my mom's a sweet woman and she went through just as much pain as I did when malpractice was evident during our kitties general anesthesia double surgery because of their mistake. I'm not taking that down lady even after harassing my mom like that we are so GONE. Also to make matters worse someone that used to work there that now works at another clinic said that the vet on Mono Way is WAY safer and he would never EVER send his animals to this clinic again after what he has seen. And rightfully so. Shame on Dr. Stride and her staff for their losses of perfectly healthy pets lives under THEIR supervision and why? For the all mighty dollar. I genuinely hope people reconsider because we love our animals and this is not the place to trust with them what so ever.
