We were also recommended to having the roof soft washed. At first, my husband wasn't very interested in the soft wash idea. That changed after he saw them cleaning one of our neighbor's roofs and how great it looked! I honestly didn't realize just how filthy our roof was. We've lived here for two years, and my husband said it looked like the roof had never been cleaned. I was able to convince him to go ahead with the soft wash, and we are so happy with the results! The difference is amazing. The poor guy spent 4-5 hours washing the roof, while also cleaning all the gunk that came off onto the house and yard. What's troubling is that the website makes you believe that it's a one man show, and that you'll get the expert to come out for the work. I called Ever to come out and replace a pretty long rusted out gutter on my house. He came out a couple days later took pictures and sent me an estimate. I also called 2 other highly reviewed roofers for estimates. One of them called me back on the day they were supposed to come out and said they couldn't do the work because the house had a tile roof. I'm like, dude, you're a big roofing company, and your website literally has pictures of your guys working on tile roofs. Then, the other roofer came out for about 3 minutes and took a look at the gutter and said it would cost thousands more than Ever's estimate, and that it would involve much more work than Ever said he needed to do. Ever on the other hand, was honest and clear about the job. He said it would take a few more days to locate the uncommon shape and size of my gutters and a week later he and his crew showed up (on time) removed the old gutter, installed the new one, and hauled off the junk. Ever painted it to match the house and checked the seals on it. Maybe 6 hours total from start to finish. Highly recommend Mr Ever's 4 Ever Roofing! Scheduling was easy through yelp and Mr Ever was available promptly and arrived on time for the free estimate. He was very professional, nice, knowledgable, and honest. He provided a good initial estimate for the job given various circumstances, and then after we went up on the roof deck to inspect closer/further--he saw the clog and took it upon himself to serendipitously unclog my downspout drain with a wire and spraying water w/hose nozzle from atop the roof deck leaning over atop the fencing and was successful!
