Thank you so much for your help with our roof inspection and repair process. The drone inspection was very thorough and professional, and the quality of the photos and footage was excellent. It really helped us clearly see the condition of our roof and understand what needed to be repaired. The service was reliable, efficient, and very detail-oriented from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing quality work and accurate inspections. Great communication, quick turnaround, and overall great value. Highly recommend for anyone needing a roof inspection, quality shots and quality service all around! read more

Inspector Drone is very good in almost all aspects. Great communication, very detailed photo inspection, on time, detailed photo on all the work in progress and work completed. I have used it a few years ago. What I like the most is the inspection with drone without the need to walk and step on my tile roof. read more

Highly recommend A&L Roofing, he came referred and I had him do some roof maintenance, resealing, cleaning and repair. Very professional and responsive. Can tell he knows a lot and takes great pride in his work. The pricing is very fair and the thing I liked the most is that he takes many many pictures as he does the work, so you are well informed of the problems and how he has fixed them. Would hire him again in the future. read more

Alejandro and his crew were the most professional contractors I have worked with in Sacramento. The roof on the house I had just purchased needed some repairs and I got several quotes. Alejandro was prompt in replying, inspecting the work and providing a quote. In fact he was the first to reply! His prices were also very reasonable and he detailed all the work that needed to be done. Showed on the scheduled day, completed the work and then showed us exactly what he had done. He also recommended installing some extra vents in the attic to allow for better air circulation and he was right. The house immediately felt so much cooler. I'm happy that I have a reliable and trustworthy roof contractor who is also a pleasure to deal with. read more

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!! Alejandro was excellent to work with. All communication came back right on time and was clear and professional. When he came to do the estimate, he explained everything that I needed to do to properly maintain my cement tile roof. This is my first experience with this roof and ours needed some attention for sure! Alex and his assistant were able to get all of the work complete in one day. When he came across an issue that had not been included in his initial quote, he sent me a complete set of photos of what he needed to replace so I did not need to get up on a ladder to see for myself. He also painted a new tile to match the rest of the roof! Thank You So Much, Alejandro! read more

We just had Alex fix another portion of our roof today. He still gets five stars! More if it was possible. I hope I don't have to see him again, but if I do I'd call him in a heartbeat. He still is a great communicator and keeps you up to date with what's going on - a rarity with contractors. They could learn a lot about customer service from Alex. Also, his workmanship is great and he is meticulous when cleaning up the work area before leaving. I appreciate the pride he takes in his work. I hope you'll never need his services, but if you're reading my review it means you do. Why the heck did you read to the end before calling him (actually, texting is better)??? Contact him now! read more

Since Alex fixed my roof, I've been checking it annually. This year, it just didn't look so good so I called him to come back. He did the inspection and told me what I already discovered. Then, he helped clean up the roof. I'm now confident I won't have another leak during this years wet season. read more

I had had a leak in my roof for a while. It was where the original house met a sunroom addition. I had just chosen to be ignorant about the situation until this last winter when, with all the rains, my ceiling caved. The day I decided to deal with the situation, I called 5 roofing companies. Alex was the only one to answer the phone. I left voicemails with every other company and no one EVER called me back. Alex said he was busy that week but would text me back the following Monday, and he did. He said he would be out to the house the next day to look at it, and he was there, on time. He said he'd have a quote to me by the end of the week, and I had it. I had one other roofing company recommended to me that had done work for my family. After weeks of trying to get a hold of him and him flaking 2 times before coming out to look at the roof, I had my estimate a week later than he said he'd have it to me, and the price was outrageous! It was then that I truly appreciated Alex's professionalism and integrity. Alex is busy. And trying to coordinate schedules between work, weather, and summer vacations, it took a while for the repair to be done. But through it all the communication was always there. He always responded to my texts promptly and I knew he was trying his best to get the work done ASAP. During the repair he explained everything to me. He showed me pictures of what everything was looking like while he was doing the work. He genuinely wants to do the best job he can. The roof is now fixed and it looks amazing. I guess ultimately this winter I will know for sure how well the repair was done but I have no fear. Alex guarantees his work for 3 years. I would highly recommend him but know that right now, he's a busy guy. If you're patient, he will do a great job for you. read more

Alex worked on our roof today. We weren't available, but he provided photos during the process of his work (and we were able to watch via cameras). Highly recommend him! We WILL use him for future work. He was definitely a better price than the other 2 estimates we were given, too! Thank you Alejandro! read more

Such a great roofing company! They've fixed a lot of different issues with my roof and I'm very pleased with the whole experience, from obtaining the estimate to the final product. Alejandro took his time to make sure the job was done properly and provided me pictures for every step of the way. Oh, and Alejandro has the best prices in town! read more

Always 5 star services. Alex is responsible and responses timely. I have hired Alex to have my roof repaired at different leaking spots 3 times. Excellent jobs! read more

Alejandro and his team are great. He promptly responded to our initial text to set up an appointment to fix a small leak, clean gutters, and clean valleys on our tile roof. He came out within a few days to assess the situation and gave us a very reasonable quote a couple of days later. We accepted, and he came with a team of 4 on Saturday over the Thanksgiving weekend (which was in between storms -- that's dedication). He showed up right on time, and the entire team was courteous and professional. He fixed the leak, and cleaned and inspected the entire roof. He caught another small leak, some broken mortar, and a couple of slipped tiles that he fixed at no additional cost. He took pictures and clearly explained their work. Excellent service all the way around, we'll be using A&L for any future repairs. Highly recommend. read more

Alejandro and his crew did excellent work at a very fair price. He was responsive and very much on time. He even was willing to come out on Thanksgiving holiday to help with a leak that developed after their work, but we didn't want him to lose his holiday. it turned out it wasn't due to their repair job, but some nails and other caulking that had degraded. He addressed those as well. Highly professional, takes a lot of pictures to document and does excellent job. I highly recommend him for any roofing and gutter repair work. read more

Had a leaky roof and contacted (5) roofers. One called and said he was too busy and only two came out to give me an estimate. I went with Alejandro because he took the time to educate me as to what my problem was and how to fix it. I believe his pricing structure was fair based on the number of hours worked and materials used. I highly recommend A&L Roofing. read more

Alejandro was well worth the wait. He returned my call the same day, came out the next and the estimate was in our hands within 3 or 4 days. He is very busy (rightfully so) but he came to do the job as soon as he could. His estimate was reasonable and he impressed us with his knowledge and enthusiasm. We had a leaky spot, he checked the entire roof and replaced tiles that were cracked. He showed us pictures of before and after repairs and explained what he had done. We are happy with Alejandro's work and recommend him without hesitation read more

Repaired a bunch of broken tiles. Reasonable rates. Very communicative. On time and efficient

This review is based only on the response I received from owner Alejandro. He did not do any work for me. I asked for a quote through Yelp, and he was one of two companies to respond promptly. Although he is unable to to the job that I need (not due to lack of skill, but only accepting certain types of jobs right now) he still replied quickly and even offered some advice and even a link to a "how to" video. Thanks Alejandro! read more

These guys were great! They were great at communicating each part of my roof they needed to repair and sent me several pictures through text while they were up there. Great communication. They worked quickly and thoroughly and cleaned up completely when they were done. My roof looks SO much better! Thank you! read more

Antonio has been great to work with and very responsive to my needs. Let's keep our fingers crossed this winter will not be an issue! Thanks A&L! read more

Very professional and team did an excellent job finding issues and completing the job on time.

We had a roof leak we had discovered over last winter. We had a few stains on the ceiling in the front room. We had contacted 7 companies wanting to get an estimate. Only two companies including A&L came out to do an estimate. The other companies either didn't return our call or two of them actually called back to say they aren't taking bids for roof repairs only re roofing jobs. I called A&L, the call was answered and we scheduled an appt for the estimate to be completed the same day! We received the estimate the following evening! He came into the house to investigate where the leak was then got onto the roof to not only check out that area but the rest of the roof as well. He took photos to show me and gave in great detail an explanation of what's going on up there, his recommendations and what he would do to fix. The estimate was broken down in parts. The other company that came out did not even get on the roof to inspect and quoted us at a ridiculous price. The communication was very prompt and professional. Always arrived on time. Cleaned up their work afterwards. I even added on a little job to fix the leak where the house and patio cover met was having. Very hard workers and have already recommended them out to a few coworkers. I will definitely call them in any future roofing needs. I am looking forward to seeing how the roof and patio cover fixes hold up. Thanks for your hard work guys! read more

Alejandro was very professional. Gave a reasonable quote and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend him and his company. He arrived on time and did all work as discussed. Clean up was good. read more

Called Alejandro at the last minute to have a roof tile repaired. He texted me on the day of my appointment and arrived promptly. What I really liked about him is how he took the time to explain to me what caused the tile to fall and what he was going to do to fix it. He also took a look at other places where I might encounter trouble in the future. Other places quoted me a ridiculous amount or told me it wasn't worth their time. Hello? If there's a problem with one tile, I can guarantee you that there are other places that need or will eventually need repair. Do a good job and it will lead to more jobs. Needless to say, I will be contacting Alejandro in the future to do our repairs. Great job at a great price. read more

I called and I spoke with Alex. He came out during this storm to fix a leak and clean a valley for me. He did an inspection for me first showed me pictures and explained what needed to be done. He took care of the work and made sure my family was safe and sound with this storm coming. I'd recommend him to do any roof repairs. He is very knowledgeable. If your ever in need of roof repairs give him a call. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. My roof had a leak and I called about 10 companies. Only 3 called me back. The other 2 were making appointments 2 weeks out. A&L came out and did an inspection of my roof the day after I called. During the inspection they took several photos and explained in detail the issues with my roof. I was told what was issues required immediate attention and what I could wait on. The quote was very reasonable and luckily they were able to complete my repairs a couple days later. They also provided me with excellent before and after photos. Very happy to have found them. read more

We recently bought a house and the inspector failed to notice that the roof had a leak, we were very upset about it but the only thing that we could do was hire a professional to fix it. I'm glad we found A & L roofing, they were very efficient, fast and nice. Highly recommend them. read more

Responsive, on-time, courteous and informative. My first choice for future roof jobs.

Great business to work with. Needed some roof work and called over 12 companies, majority said they were too busy. Alejandro was great to work with. Very communicative and thorough. I normally write positive reviews and leave bad ones out, but this hit a sore spot. One friday we agree to meet to discuss repairs/maintenance for my roof. He was very thorough in taking pictures and explaining what needed to be done. He states he would have an estimate emailed soon. Saturday..Sunday...Monday..I text him and ask if he was still working on the quote. He replied (Tuesday) stating that they have been busy and that he would have one soon. Ok and understood... no biggie. Wednesday I get a text stating that they would be able to service my roof due to being too busy and apologize. I'm thinking if that's the case, why then LOOK at more/new work if you have more then enough? I guess my roof didnt $$$ as much as the others and wasnt worth their time? or maybe they are cherry picking for more $$$$... if so fine. It's a business. Dont have me waiting 5 days and have to me miss a couple hours of work to just disregard me. read more

A tree fell on our house, from the recent high winds, breaking roof tiles and denting the rain gutter. I called Alex and he came over later the same afternoon and he repaired everything. We had leaked roof due to recent storms and I had Alex over same day I called and was very professional and nice and came in the next day as well to take a look at the roof and gave me a very reasonable estimate that was less than insurance estimate and got the job done in less than 3 hours. I am very happy with them and definitely will use them again read more

Great service, followed up with me for gutter and roof repair on time and was reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this service.

I sent a request for a quote for repairs today. I received a response within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the response was that he is too busy to even look at this until August. I'm giving 3 stars for the quick response. But cannot give more as I was unable to get a quote. read more
