I felt he was honest, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He also gave us the best bid and saved us thousands of dollars over his competitors. We had to reschedule a couple of time because of wet weather. Their crew was always on time and did an amazing job. Job foreman, Jesus, was great to work with. I had them come out for an estimate for gutter cleaning. Instead I was sent a $20k roof replacement quote with no explanation. At my request, they corrected the estimate and quoted me $842 for a 1000 sq. ft. house gutter cleaning. I then had another company come out to look at the roof and tell me if it needed replacing. (Because A.S. scared me with their original quote). They took pictures and confirmed my roof was in fine shape and then quoted me $333 for the gutters. I feel scammed by A.S. and would not recommend. read more

we were trying to get a new roof for my daughters house and have worked with Martin before for some repairs. we were ready to move forward and had an estimated start time of a little shy of a month. we signed the contract and gave them 1000 to get a spot on the callender. we had a huge financial emergency and were no longer able to do this project which was still 2 1/2 weeks out and I asked if I could get the deposit back we hadn't even picked out shingles yet. but I was told since they pulled the permit already they were keeping the whole 1000$. Work that had to be done and money well spent. A S Roofing cleaned our tile roof by removing all the valley tiles to remove debris, replaced broken tiles, fixed all the loose ones etc, cleaned gutters and pressure washed the moss off. It was a big job, but the crew worked hard and did fantastic work. Communication was good throughout the entire process. I was given a timely estimate and then put on the schedule, once I accepted. The crew showed up when they said they would, were polite and answered all my questions and addressed any issues. At the end of the job, the boss came out to inspect to make sure everything was done properly. It was nice to be provided with photos and also a drone video if needed for insurance. I will definitely be calling A S Roofing next time for maintenance or any other issues. And am happy to recommend them. Very satisfied. read more

I can't say enough about how professional Andrius and his crew are at getting the job completed in a timely manner. He gave me time to get other bids, evaluate each one and put zero pressure for the sale. After each day gave me an update and they cleaned up and organized there equipment for the next day. Amazing company. Andres was extremely responsive and came out right away to look at a leak in my roof. He's was super thorough in the investigation and took pictures of everything he did. He explained to me what needed to be done and why. I didn't tell him at the time but I'm in the construction industry (unrelated to roofing) so I have at least a general idea of how certain items work. What he explained to me made total sense and it was clear he knew what he was doing. Pricing was fair and his guys were out the the next day making the repair. I think I'll be the first review for Andre on Yelp, which I find kind of surprising as he has good reviews on other locations such as Facebook. Andre responded super quickly to my request for a quote and actually showed up the same day as the request. He took a tour of the roof and saw a previous roof inspection report that was done when we bought the house and immediately identified other issues that the home inspection report missed completely. For around the cost of the quote from the previous roofer, he fixed all the issues identified in the roofing report, all the additional problems he identified (such as installing a new downspot for poorly draining gutters), and installed gutter guards. My house is fairly big (3600sq ft. 1 story) and he was able to do all of this in just 2 days with his team. Highly recommend, awesome dude. read more
