No doubt, the best roofing company there is! The phrase 'you get what you pay for" DOES NOT apply to Samperios Roofing. I mean, out of all the 5 quotes we got for a complete re-roof, Samperios was not the cheapest but they were VERY reasonably priced. Not only that, they did an excellent job, went above and beyond. They came when they said they would come, they were professional, respectful, friendly, honest, timely, and did an amazing job re-roofing our whole house. Samperio's Roofing is a breath of fresh air after another roofing company (Spxxxan Home Services out of Roseville who refused to give me a general quote over the phone) sent a salesperson and wasted almost an hour of my time using scare tactic (told me my roof didn't have plywood but just a sheet of cardboard under my old shingles), pressure tactic (if I sign today, they will offer another $x off), misinformation (told me that El Dorado County is very difficult to deal with, but I have a mobile home), offered me repeatedly of finance option through a 3rd party when I said I don't need it, and worst of all, quoted double of what Samperio Roofing's quote. The salesman of the other company also said I can find a tweeker off the street who can do it for less. Arturo was able to give me a quote with my description and several photos of my roof, without coming to my project. On the day of install, the first crew and Arturo showed up in the morning and did the tear down (btw there is plywood under the old shingles). The second crew showed up several hours later with a trailer full of roofing material. I have a bay window at the property which I did not mention to Arturo. There was leftover material. Arturo roofed that for me without charging extra labor. Thank you. I also have seamless gutters installed. The whole crew is very hard working and coordinated. I did not hear much yelling across the roof. When my partner arrived in the afternoon and saw the work, he immediately called his cousin and recommended Arturo to his cousin, who is looking for a roofer for his duplex in Sonoma. Samperio's Roofing offered a 5-year installation warranty and is transferable. The ONLY downside of Samperio's Roofing is they are very slow with paperwork, even when sending over a contract to sign. I was ok with that. If they have a dedicated person to answer the phone and send emails it'll just add to my cost. They are willing to travel. The property I'm working on right now is in Camino. Arturo has indicated that they travel to the Bay Area and to the wine country. I am getting back into real estate, and I count on Samperio's Roofing for my future roofing needs. read more

A second story roof tile slide out of place and I requested a quote to fix that. I didn't feel confident about walking on a slope surface where I didn't know how the tiles were secured or if the adhesives holding them in place were essentially crusted up or if my weight would break them if I stepped on the wrong spot. He came out the next day, went up there and resecured that loose tile, found another spot where the grout/mortar/sealant between two tiles were essentially gone where birds had gotten under the tile and nested in there (I wondered why there were random sounds last summer that continued for a few months then just stopped all together). He snapped me some pictures while he was up there to show me. There were lots of bird crap around the opening. He resealed the tiles. All done in about 30 minutes. He fixed the problem I identified, showed me another problem and fixed that, and was brief and quick. Perfect. read more

We found a vent in our yard after one of the many storms that has hit Sacramento in 2023. We had rain coming that night in the forecast so we needed someone to be able to quickly check it out and provide either a quick repair or some sort of measure to ensure we kept the potentially compromised portion of the roof protected, if the repair couldn't be made immediately. Arturo was so responsive, provided info after I was able to text him some photos, and gave me an idea as to what an initial repair cost could be if it wasn't more extensive than what we suspected. His employee arrived an hour later, took a video, and fortunately for us it was not from our roof. Their employee tried to scan other roof lines to help ID which neighbor it could be so we could notify them. We paid for their time/gas to check it out but it was very reasonable and much preferred to pay a very small reasonable fee over having one of the members of our household attempt to climb the roof without the safe and appropriate equipment or experience to do so. It's also nice to now have a video of our roof as a baseline should we ever encounter any issues from future storms etc. We found this vendor because two other people in a neighborhood social media group recommended them and said they were extremely reasonable compared to other quotes when they needed roof work, and were so pleased with their service on our own home. We hope to not ever need to use them again of course (no one wants to deal with roof repairs or replacements) but are glad we have a great resource should we find ourselves in that situation! read more
