Who are they employing that 2 diff't ppl canceled at the last minute 2 weeks apart for "family emergencies"? Crackheads? I'm sure it's just their boilerplate excuse but whoever they employ, I wouldn't trust in my house. And I don't trust them now bc either they're lying to me ... or they're employing sketchy ppl. And no apology either. Just "whoops" can't make it again - 16 minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive. I changed my schedule for them twice, set an alarm on the weekend that I didn't need to set, did multiple loads of laundry and otherwise prepped starting at 7 am. And no apology and no-show. Walk through inspection when move in: if you see something wrong? MAKE SURE to tell the person to put it down on the inspection list, AND then take pic of it, dated on the list and everyone get a copy and KEEP IT. Because you will need it when you move out. They want the money fast, but when it's time to return your deposit, all of the sudden they have 21 days to do so, and then a lot of things magically appeared that somehow it was YOUR fault. So many 1 star rating is for a reason people! Please read the reviews and learn from it to save your own booty. You can know and say all you want but they will say they can't see it on their photos so therefore they have to take it from your deposit money. So make sure you have PROOF or else you won't get your money back. BE CAREFUL when you are working with them, they are helping managed but suck at it. Because it's the renter or the owner's fault BUT this company. They say they pulled out the photos and it was fine back when we moved in. Thank goodness I kept the UPDATED check list when we moved in and the management emailed me a copy. So it's not like I fixed it myself. So WARNING!!! Please read reviews.
