    I cannot say enough amazing things about this business! Brian and his team are absolutely amazing and so thorough. We accidentally discovered a serious water damage issue in our bathroom and needed almost an entirely new bathroom. This company's price was the best by so much and went over everything with us, nothing was overlooked or done half way. I couldn't be happier that we chose them! We of course needed a new shower and the main shower wall had a window, when they took out the old tile they discovered a completely molded and rotted wall that we didn't expect, what we also didn't expect was how quickly and efficiently they fixed that issue, we truly thought it could add a week to our repair time and it didn't! If you're looking for repair, redesign, updates, this is the company, you won't find a better price or quality! Our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous with a new quartz wall.

    Rosiles Redesign did the flooring for my rental house in Stockton. Rosiles is very responsive and always addresses my concerns and questions promptly. Jesus was his crew chief for the task. He had more than 5 years experience in flooring and did a wonderful job. The stairs and the edges were done perfectly.

Konstantin arrived promptly and checked the humidity levels in all the damaged areas. He explained the entire remediation process clearly and walked us through how he works directly with insurance. He even recognized our insurance agent just from hearing the company name, which gave us a lot of confidence in his experience. Konstantin was extremely patient in answering all of my questions before we signed the work authorization. His communication has been generally efficient and transparent. He made sure we understood every step of the process. He immediately sent his remediation team, and both Kirill and Alex were incredibly professional. They opened the ceiling carefully, installed a very well-planned plastic barrier, and set up the drying equipment thoughtfully. The barrier was perfectly placed and sealed, and the ceiling opening was done with great care. The removal of the equipment was just as careful and respectful of our home. At this point, we are still waiting for the next phase of the remediation, but overall we've had a positive experience with FloodDry and feel that the team has handled the situation professionally.

The…read moremen who did the manual labor to treat our mold and water damage were excellent, hardworking, and professional. All 3 stars is because of y'all My issue is entirely with management. After my insurance company caused complications that led to First Call terminating the job which I understood, I received an invoice in May of last year. I paid that balance in full with two separate checks within two weeks. I have the receipts, the copies of the checks, and the bank statements showing exactly when First Call cashed them. After a full year of zero communication, I woke up today to a voicemail and email threatening to send me to collections within 48 hours. They claimed they had been "trying to reach me" for 12 months, which is untrue. I checked my call logs and my email history; there was absolutely nothing. When I called and provided my proof of payment and the exact dates they cashed my checks, they admitted the "error" was simply because someone forgot to check a box in their system. It is incredibly stressful and offensive to have your credit threatened because a company can't be bothered to check their own bank deposits before sending out threats. As a veteran, I live by a standard of integrity and doing your due diligence. Relying on a "checked box" as the Bible instead of doing actual research is lazy and unprofessional. Do better, not just for your customers, but for the reputation of the guys out there doing the actual work.

This is a new experience for me, and I had no idea what I should do. I looked it up on Google, and this was the first company that came up. I spoke with a woman named Luisa. She explained the process to me very thoroughly and was super patient in answering all my questions. I did not end up going through with setting up an inspection. I wanted to get a second opinion before moving forward, but she definitely took care of my needy questions and set my heart at ease. I was freaking out, and she was super helpful and polite. Not sure if she will be expecting this, but I definitely recommend the consultation if she's on the call!

I recently had to report my landlord to public health due to a carpet that's been in place adjacent to the shower for over 20 years, and has been repeatedly reported, has recently become more of an issue for us as tenants due to a present mildew smell. After Rainbow inspected and in fact found mold in the bathroom, the report stated the mold in question was caused from "negligence". When I called to question how the report concluded tenant negligence, they transferred me to "Parm" he then informed me that I supposedly told him there was an ongoing leak that's been reported several times. When I in fact told him the concern for moisture and mold had been reported several times and we also wanted to report while vendors were here - that we were concerned about a new faucet leak that had just started, specifically dripping down from the faucet. So simply, miscommunication. Simple. When questioning the miscommunication he was not at all friendly, or professional. He was very aggressive. Also, when you call in they do state that all calls are recorded - when I asked if he could potentially pull up the recording to confirm I said anything of the sort, he said we do not record our calls. Go figure. The most interesting thing is, both him and another Manager that I had met face to face, (Erik) had totally different outlooks on the situation. Especially knowing the carpet had been in place adjacent to the shower, for decades. It makes me question the integrity of this business as a whole and wonder if this business is running honestly. Also one other thing to add, I was solicited by one of the workers the day of remediation, to check out his car detailing business. This is also super unprofessional and made me really uncomfortable.
