To whom it may concern;…read more A few weeks ago, we went through a stressful situation in which water damage wrecked just about our entire kitchen. The first remediation company that responded, inspected our home and set a few fans out and cut some parts of the rug out. They left our home and didn't return for several weeks. During the weeks that went by, i noticed nats and could smell moisture as days progressed. I'm no professional in this business but knew that this wasn't good. I was referred to Rapid Response Remediation (RRR) and decided to give them a call. This team responded out immediately and informed us that moisture levels were high, mold was growing and the situation wasn't good and could be health hazardous potentially. Employee Israel and Cory responded to the scene. These guys are punctual, respectful (addressing everyone by Sir and ma'am), dependable and safe. Most importantly, they were transparent as they explained what they were doing. They got right down to business. They tore out the walls , ceilings , and showed me the mold. I was quite surprised by this and also upset at the other company that failed to do their job the first time. The team was here for several days and the mold issue was more complex. They removed infected cabinets, drywall and sheet rock. They took their time removing items in the kitchen precisely and worked diligently. It was also nice to see the supervisor respond to the scene just to make sure things were going right. Thank you Mr. Aaron for your support through out this process. You made sure things got done in a timely matter and made sure everything was CLEANED! You always answered when I called too. Disappointed in service and communication. Requested to get cabinets assembled. The workers were to…read morearrive between 3 and 5pm and arrived after 6. . Maria did not let me know any updates of when service workers were coming, whether they were late or not. But she can read my messages that were sent to ask for their whereabouts. The workers stayed at my house until 11pm. Workers spoke Spanish with each other at the front door entrance when they met my husband (and mind you, my husband also speaks Spanish). One of the workers said to the other workers that they didn't want to do cabinets. My husband heard them and told them he speaks Spanish. Very awkward. They also made comments about the cabinets we bought, such as , "did you get them from Amazon?". Why does that matter? Them staying late and not feeling motivated to do our cabinets made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, one of the drawers was messed up. They didn't pay attention to details and misplaced part of the frame of the cabinet. A magnet for a cabinet door was in the way of the drawer section, so drawer wasn't functional and won't close. We didn't notice this until after the workers left. I spoke with Maria via Yelp the day after and she wasn't willing to send a person out to fix it. She instead wanted to send me a magnet to make up for it. Did the cabinets get done? Yes. Did we like the service and communication, and finished product of the work done? No Lastly, Maria wanted to give us a late fee for the service. My husband called her because we felt we weren't given quality service on their end and wanted to see if a tech could be sent out. On top of that, we never received any invoice (her workers said it would be provided next day). Maria didn't disclose where this invoice was, but she did let us know we would get a late fee if the service wasn't covered. She mentioned this after my husband left a voice mail and text message exchange stating we were not satisfied with the service. See pictures attached. I'm not quite sure how this business can get 5 star reviews , and be inconsistent with their customer service. In the end of the text message exchange, Maria then stated that she would provide the service for free but seemed irritated in doing so. So I'm waiting for an invoice that states just that. But currently she refuses to send any invoice for me at the moment. (See pictures attached)

I wanted to give this company a really great review but sadly I could not. The job they did in my…read moreapartment was rushed, unorganized and a little chaotic at times. However, I will say George is very friendly and has great customer service so I'm not for sure if I could give the kind of review that I really want to because he helped me allot while having to be under the owner of the apartments strict guidelines! The owner of the apartments are extremely cheap so I'm not for sure if the job that this company did was due to contract they had with the owner of the apartments. I will say that George went a little above and beyond for me and I appreciate him, but the overall job of what took place in my apartment took a very long time and it was a job that I believe could have been broken up in days rather than a job that took almost 12 hours to complete and I still had to have maintenance come over to complete the job that they left un repaired! For example, the bathtub that I got was beautiful, but they didn't caulk or a cover-up some of the areas after they installed it so when the maintenance came over, I was told that this company told them that they didn't have to seal up the opening that is left and that they were only going to cover up the holes that were left where bugs could come through after this company finish the drywall near the bathtub! So other words, I have a beautiful bathtub, but it's not properly sealed, and there is an area where there is a space between the floor that wasn't initially there so it looks like when I were to mop the floor water could spill down in between the space area that was left un repaired! When the owner of this company showed up, he seemed to have an attitude and his service wasn't really friendly at all! His name is Art and he seemed to rush George and I believe that that was part of the reason why the job wasn't completed in my opinion or thoroughly explained to me when they left as to why they left it that way I had to call maintenance who I didn't want to deal with again in the first place to come over and that was a long drawn out or deal so it's hard to say with this company. I personally wouldn't give them another try but because George and his son were very kind and it seemed good at what they did they make this company worthwhile! There were debris left that wasn't cleaned up and some areas of my apartment as well as outside of my apartment and after so long of dealing with these horrible apartment owners and maintenance. It sucks to have to go through vendors that aren't as professional or organized as you assume that they would be.!
