After finding my shower had a leak that was going through to floor underneath I called my insurance and was connected to Eagle Restoration. Once I finally spoke with my claims person from my insurance it was just a few hours when Roman and Ricky arrived from Eagle. This review is especially for the packout team. My favorite in this team are Roman josh Ricky and Henry. They did a really fast and efficient job. The attention to details was great. They take care of your items while packing and unpacking as though it is their own. Especially Roman is very understanding of your situation and ready to adjust. I was very lucky to have this team help me during the most vulnerable time during water damage in my house. The one person I found a bit annoying was Andre who mainly does the scheduling. Toilet/sewer backup in bathroom. Eagle came out, inspected, ran tests and explained the demo work necessary. Ricky and Raffa came out early, isolated the area in plastic, brought all their tools and equipment, and worked to demo the room. Wow! They bagged all the debris, put it in their van and cleaned the work area with vacuums, etc. They were informative and very polite (as well as making sure our puppies didn't run out the door). We can't express our gratitude enough for the team at Eagle Restoration. Ron contacted us promptly after speaking with our adjuster. Knowing we had water damage from a leak was nerve-racking, and Ron was able to accommodate us and our work schedules. Roman and Rick showed up promptly at 5:00 pm to assess the damage and immediately got to work. Roman and Rick were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and assured us that they would not leave until they had made sure the water damage was removed to prevent mold. Speaking strictly about their packout crew (the movers): Andre and his team have come out three times now and each experience was perfect. They take great care to protect both the house itself and everything they pack up and move. Josh and Henry both work very hard and as a team. They're pretty clever too. Our kitchen table was very tough to get out the only door accessible (the wider doors are in sealed containment areas) and they figured out that it could fit it out the kitchen window. They carefully removed the screen, gently lifted the table out the window and replaced the screen. Once they got to our temporary house, they moved everything exactly where we wanted it and unpacked it. Wouldn't let us touch a thing. Josh and Henry took heavy items up stairs without complaint - they're just hard working, good natured guys. I'll add that Andre's communication is excellent. He always responds quickly, clearly and concisely and is unfailingly polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys packout services again. read more

I had a flex hose break in my guest bathroom causing damage to 85% of my home. Once Eagle Construction was called out by my Insurance Company. Alfonso, the Eagle's Manager, contacted me to tell me he will send the Restoration Specialists, Lupe and Rafael, to access the damages and to begin the Water Migration process. Lupe, upon seeing the damage, called in Elam, the Restoration Technician, and several team members to come remove all the flooring; remove the damaged flooring, baseboards; and helped me pack up each room. More members of their team were added to move all the boxes and furniture into the POD in my driveway. Several sections of the walls had to be cut out so they could dry out with the help of 13 machines throughout my home. They also left with sweeping and cleaning up each day before they left the job. They were kind enough to leave me 1/2 of the living room that didn't have water damage, so that I and my animals could remain living in our home. They also left the dining room in which I had been using for a large project that I just couldn't quit working on since time was of the essence. With of Eagle's Water Migration Team's knowledge, teamwork, plus their respectful and positive attitudes, a difficult situation was less stressful. Their professionalism in communications and the organization of their team members, and that made me comfortable to have them in my home. It was obvious that each man enjoyed their job each day; and more importantly, the whole team respects each other and works together seamlessly. Because they know what they're doing and are conscientious about setting the homeowner at ease, I have them coming back to restore my home after the Insurance Company approves the Adjuster's reports. Eagle Restoration is simply Eagle Construction, but now joining forces with a carpet cleaning company. Besides the new carpet cleaning capability and a slightly altered name, it appears to be the same business with the same owner, same phone number, the same contractor's license number, and probably the same terrible work. If you are considering making the mistake of working with Eagle Restoration, I highly recommend checking out the reviews they have earned over the years under their previous name, Eagle Construction (again, same Contractors License Number and as far as I can tell the same company). In my long and painful experience, I am approaching three years for Shaun, the owner, to complete a relatively minor repair. Their lack of honesty, poor communication skills, general incompetence, and poor workmanship have made the process extremely difficult, expensive, and time consuming. Shaun and his employees constantly and shamelessly make promises and agreements, only to blow them off weeks, months, or years later. I only used them in the first place because I had no choice with my insurance company as they were the only authorized contractor, and they under underbid my job (~8k as opposed to the ~45k the job actually cost), so that cashing out would not allow me to have the repairs performed. I could go on for hours about the terrible experience I have had with Shaun and his employees, but I'd rather just summarize: Avoid Eagle Restoration at all costs. read more
