We did not even know where to start because there were so many problems happening all at once. Thankfully, our insurance sent Eagle Restoration to our home, and honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened in such a stressful situation. Roman was a light in a very dark tunnel. From the moment he arrived, he explained everything from start to finish in a way that was comforting, relatable, and easy to understand. My husband and I had no idea how much damage water could actually cause. We spent all of Sunday using every towel and blanket we owned and repeatedly emptying our carpet cleaner because we thought we had gotten the house back into decent shape. We were completely wrong. We had no idea how instantly and thoroughly water soaks into laminate flooring, baseboards, cabinets, and even walls. Roman, Ricky, and Rafael came in and got straight to work. Within just a couple of hours, they had the flooring, baseboards, bottoms of the cabinets, and damaged sections of the walls removed. They moved everything for us and somehow made an overwhelming situation look easy. What stood out most was the customer service. Roman explained every next step to us, even the parts outside of his specific job, and reassured us so much that for the first time since the flood happened, we stopped panicking. That level of care and communication means everything when your home feels upside down. Amazing customer service, fast response time, and quality work. We are so grateful for Eagle Restoration and their entire team.

I recently had to report my landlord to public health due to a carpet that's been in place adjacent to the shower for over 20 years, and has been repeatedly reported, has recently become more of an issue for us as tenants due to a present mildew smell. After Rainbow inspected and in fact found mold in the bathroom, the report stated the mold in question was caused from "negligence". When I called to question how the report concluded tenant negligence, they transferred me to "Parm" he then informed me that I supposedly told him there was an ongoing leak that's been reported several times. When I in fact told him the concern for moisture and mold had been reported several times and we also wanted to report while vendors were here - that we were concerned about a new faucet leak that had just started, specifically dripping down from the faucet. So simply, miscommunication. Simple. When questioning the miscommunication he was not at all friendly, or professional. He was very aggressive. Also, when you call in they do state that all calls are recorded - when I asked if he could potentially pull up the recording to confirm I said anything of the sort, he said we do not record our calls. Go figure. The most interesting thing is, both him and another Manager that I had met face to face, (Erik) had totally different outlooks on the situation. Especially knowing the carpet had been in place adjacent to the shower, for decades. It makes me question the integrity of this business as a whole and wonder if this business is running honestly. Also one other thing to add, I was solicited by one of the workers the day of remediation, to check out his car detailing business. This is also super unprofessional and made me really uncomfortable.
