Soo, this company came to my place saying they were approved by the insurance (they were only supposed to do an estimate ) but lied saying insurance had approved the work and started demolishing , I called the insurance and they said no , that had not talked to serve pro and I asked the worker to stop . Next day they tried coming in again saying their supervisor Sonia has gotten an approval for the work from the insurance after I denied them entry because again I had called and was told by my adjuster that She had no Idea who Sonia was ! Later that day Sonia came in acting all upset because " she knew everyone in the insurance and she knew what she was doing After days of calling they finally short up to pick up their attic driers and while taking them out they damaged my redwood stairs ".. long story short the insurance denied coverage in the unapproved work and Serv pro took me to court for something they lied about . Carpet pulled back and linoleum removed to dry the subfloor. Sonja had to box up glasses/bottles in the bar area and move all the furniture (couches, tables, chests & chairs). I have had a horrible experience with servpro. My insurance recommended them as I had a tree and fence fall down during a windstorm. I was communicating with Connie Hernandez to coordinate an estimate for the tree removal and fence installation. Her guys showed up 2.5 hours late, and one of her workers showed up to remove the tree before I was notified of how much the removal would be. About 3 weeks after I got the estimate, and deciding to go with another company, I received an invoice for the estimate. I do not believe I should have to pay for the estimate because 1. Customer service was horrible 2. Employees were late 3. My invoice is completely wrong with services I didn't even get I am still dealing with this business, and the email threats (from Cara Morris) that they are sending me saying they will involve a third party. We have a rental property in Lodi, Ca. In March of this year (2012) our tenant called and said that we had a flood... basically the bathroom exploded and we needed someone to come and clean up the water damage. While over all, we were happy with the work done. We had a water heater blow up and basically left the entire house and garage flooded. Tom, Julio, Ben and I think Chris were terrific. Others, not so much. Things were broken and stolen. Scheduling was always changing or a no-show. Connie, office person, was difficult to deal with and didn't really understand the business. She said she was still "new" to the business....fine, then ask questions and don't assume you know our house. But worse was telling us the crew would be here at a certain time, but then they didn't show up. The crew leader had to call and say they were sent on another job. I have used Servpro over the year at least 3 time quite possibly up to 5 times. I have to apologize for waiting so long to make a review. March 21, 2021, I called Servpro and requested they have a technician come out and take a look at what was happening below our kitchen sink. Connie Hernandez let me know that Nestor Mendoza and Christian Riddick would be out around 9:30 the next day. They showed up and were extremely affable, especially Christian, and were pretty confident they would have the leak resolved in no time. Unfortunately, after additional examination it became apparent that this was bigger than what it initially seemed to be. The dishwasher had been leaking for an extended period of time and mold had grown underneath the cabinets. This became a bigger problem and Sonya Galvan was called in to assess the situation. Sonya is fantastic! She is always working on a project but never too busy to answer your question and help you get though the process. The cabinets had to be be removed and replaced. They painstakingly removed and numbers all the cabinet facings. Paul Merdinger meticulously cleaned sanded and stained the facings and built new boxes to attach the faces too. He brought it in and set it all up and it looked fantastic! I can't believe how great it looks even today, so many months gone by, but it looks the same as the others existing cabinets but just a little better. While the insurance pretty much told me I'm SOL and on my own, and Sonja was a light in the dark during a stressful time. She stayed with me the entire time the insurance adjuster was out. I would go 10 Stars here... honestly! About a month ago I called in to have them come out because we had a small over flow in our master bathroom. My spouse and I cleaned it up and dried it ourselves but I wanted to make sure we got it good enough to prevent mold. Perry came out and confirmed we did great work and there were zero concerns with potential mold. I got an estimate for future carpet cleaning and knew this was my go to company for anything they do. ....... well ...... the past Saturday I came home and opened our garage door to water dripping from the bottom of it and flowing from our laundry room door. My spouse was home and our water out hose disconnected from the washer and went everywhere. I was so mind blown I didn't even know where to start so I went straight to our breaker box and killed everything while my mind kept racing. Honestly, I couldn't remember the name of the company that came last month but I remembered Perry so I searched yelp again looking for the highest ranked business in the area and called. When the call was answered they asked how they can help and I literally asked " do you have a Perry with this company "? She said yes but he is unavailable at the moment can we get the next available tech to help? I said yes please as long as I know I'm with the right company I need someone out here as soon as possible... About 15-20 minutes went by which allowed me to remove both the washer and dryer out. I also cleared all the furniture away from the walls in two rooms and cleared out their closets. Tom showed up, tested the radius of the water in the carpet, and got to work. He was there for about 6 hours, came back after another job to provide a box to run everything so it wouldn't blow my breaker, and came back for inspection the next day. After 2 days of following his instructions our home is finally back to where it needs to be. I'm currently waiting for a phone call from Perry to wrap things up and schedule the full carpet cleaning. If you need work done please contact this company first. Do it right... water damage can cause so much damage if it's not corrected the right way the first time. We have two young children and the last thing we would want is potential for mold. Our youngest who is almost 2 was calling Tom uncle before he left the first night and every time he came back. She's is pretty good judge of "energy" so for Tom he got 5 stars from her as well. Tom if you get to see this thank you for your work. A crew came out in response to a flooded kitchen and garage. They were professional, courteous, and seemed to know what they were doing. They left with a sizeable deposit and said we would probably get some of it refunded because the job was not as bad as expected. Fast forward 3 days when the equipment was to be picked up. You have yet to recover payment(although it has gone out in the mail as of 4/25/16) because your office notified the collection agency that my account had been paid. When your office posted a credit incorrectly. So yes, there has been a delay in receiving payment so your incompetent staff could figure it out. There were never any phone calls regarding payment or any mail ever received from your company. You say your company attempted to contact me by phone multiple times, yet Kara has provided me with one date and I have phone records to prove that is a lie. You also state that I called at the beginning of April to confirm I would pay for services but your BBB response says it was April 13. Again a lie, not the beginning but the middle. We hired Servpro of Lodi to clean the walls and 8' ceilings of our kitchen, living room and dining area. I had noticed that in our kitchen the tops of the walls and the outside edges of the ceilings were discolored and the same thing along one wall in the living room. I scheduled with Perry, who was very helpful. He gave me an estimate with a low and high that were $100 apart. He gave an arrival window of just 30 minutes, which I really appreciate. Delma and Petra were right on time. They were very friendly and hard-working. A couple of times when I asked them to go over an area one more time, they did it without any attitude. They did a fantastic job and the kitchen, in particular, looks so much better. The price fell within the estimate Perry gave me. I'm sure we will use them again in the future. read more

This is the first time that I have had to use your service. Servpro gave me such a bad taste in my mouth now I'm not sure what company to use my house was flooded the insurance said they will pay for five days to dry the carpet. When they left after the original install a gentleman that was in charge Tom said that he will be by every day to check on the progress of our house so I said thank you very much and thank you for getting here as fast as you could and see you tomorrow. I did not see Tom for 4 more days and when he showed up it was after 5 o'clock I was not home so he worked at the neighbors house because he also is working at the neighbors house cause we both were flooded. Tom drove his van into the ditch so he was unable to look at my house. He said but he was outside waiting for the tow truck for 2 1/2 hours I think he could've came inside my house and looked at some things move some fans. And so I asked him when will you be by again he said tomorrow after I take care of two other jobs so I said so that means that we're not priority with our houses being flooded. I did not see Tom or anybody from Servpro for four more days. So I received a phone call from my landlord saying that I am not cooperating with Servpro and that's why it is taking so long to dry. How does Servpro know if I'm not cooperating if they never come to my house the fans are on everything is on I don't know why they would say that lies. I would like to know how do they know the condition of my house if they have not been here in a week they don't know so they don't need to lie to my landlord. So I called the office and spoke to Susanna on Thursday, January 19 and expressed my opinions about what's going on no one comes to my house no one checks anything no one has even told me what each machine does no one has informed us and we live here so we need to know what needs to be done and we can move around the fans and do what we need to do. So I decided to rip up some carpet in the master bedroom and in the nursery to find out if they were getting dry underneath The carpet and the padding's were still wet. If they came by daily like they said my house would have been dry in five days like it should've been in the insurance will only pay for five days but they took their time because they were going to get the demo job as well demo the carpet and put new carpet in the houses. So it's two weeks later the stuff is still in my house and they are lying to my landlord and my neighbor I do not know why they're telling lies but because of the lies they lost the entire account which was two houses my landlord fired him because they were taking advantage of us and I know that for fact because they were taking their sweet time so they can get all the money they can from the insurance company which is wrong Servpro in Lodi definitely needs to take some classes on professionalism. This company is not professional you should not be talking about me to my neighbor should not be talking about my neighbor to me they should not be talking about us to the landlord and they should not be telling lies to the landlord about us. So there's a lot of issues with Servpro if you're in a hurry I would not recommend them to anyone. I understand it's probably busy for them because of all the rain and flooding. I'm an easy going guy. I hate lying. Be up front if u don't have enough man power and it might take a little longer than normal. The one thing that really bothered me is when Tom came to my house at 7:30 PM to work on my house when I have a four-month-old baby and I took told him it's too late I'm trying to put her to bed and he said this is the only time that I can get over to the house so they are not even taking into consideration of your personal time which is wrong.
