Mike helped with our wall which needed to be replaced due to flooding, he fixed insulation, wall, texture and paint. We went through our insurance and he did the job. The paint didn't match but he came out and finished the job as he painted the whole wall. He contacted us back within minutes. Answered any questions we had and was very informative and reliable. This job was done in Feb but so much has been happening I'm barely able to leave a review. Very great work. Just had my gate's fence post replaced by Mike. He communicated with me prior to the project for a quote and to schedule an appointment. He was on time and came with all the necessary supplies. What I liked: His honesty. I originally requested he replace my entire gate. When he arrived he told me my boards where still good and that replacing one of the posts would work just fine and solve my problem. Of course this saved me money. Nice! If I could give more than 5 Stars- I would. Mike saved our day by being available, more than capable, and professional. A simple replacing the hose bib turned into little more after I snapped a pipe. I knew at that point I was over my head. I searched Yelp- as I always do for a professional. Mike returned my message, I sent him photos and he gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Once he takes an interest in the big renovation project you present, the guy doesn't respond. Very unprofessional and confusing.

From our first contact, I was impressed. I requested a quote through yelp, and Mike responded within minutes. I had described my problem, and he offered some tips on what might work to fix the issue and said that if that didn't work, he would swing by and take a look. Needless to say, I couldn't fix the issue and he came over and had it done in minutes. We also had some other things that needed fixing and he jumped right in and got it all done. After repeated attempts I called Mike who gave me some friendly advice over the phone, and I made one last attempt. He suggested full replacement after my last attempt and he was right. Mike arrived before the scheduled appointment time, picked up the motion sensor/ outdoor lights that we chose for us, which was a nice bonus due to Covid-19 and had it installed quickly. He is efficient, very friendly, and completed the job with no hassles to my parents or myself.
