I then heard the shredder start up again and looked out the window. The crew drove down my road, noticed some dead branches just off the road that we had forgotten to include. Some of the house is still green, some of it is now becoming purple. The areas of paint that face the weather have fared really badly with flaking, peeling, and many gaps. The paint looked good, but I felt the prep work was not well done. Chris Simpson price was almost double of what I paid for my own home in the bay area and my home is bigger. My father in law has become hard of hearing so he asked me to call Chris and see if he could remedy the situation. After four phone calls over a three week period I give up. Chris Simpson is either out of business or he does not care. I have given him plenty of time to get back to me and explain the situation, but he has been unresponsive. I suggest you avoid this painter. Prep work is crucial to a quality paint job. In this case Chris Simpson failed. Also, customer service after the sale is not important to him at all!
