I have a cabin near Dardanelles, at 6200 ft, no electricity, no cell phone reception. It has been difficult to find folks that would do the work up there with those conditions at that distance. I finally got a permit from the Forest Service to put a metal roof on, and I needed the cabin painted and the deck refinished. I was reluctantly looking at coordinating two or more contractors. Paul was one of three bids that I obtained and the only contractor that would do all the work that I needed to have done: the roof, the painting and the deck. After meeting him up there a couple of times, he started right after July 4th weekend and finished everything by the second week in August. The cabin has never looked better or been in such a good state of repair! He is conscientious, easy to work with, he does what he's says he will do and more, and is very clean and detail oriented. We had a complete update and renovation of three bathrooms. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, professional, genuine and sincere. In addition, he was prompt to respond to requests, changes and questions. From a communication standpoint Paul kept us regularly informed via text message, pictures, email and telephone. He provided routine progress reports and status updates without prompting. Paul's professional approach and demeanor really helped in building trust and establishing an immediate rapport. Paul was great about responding to my emails very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the various options available for our replacement windows.
