We had never had to replace a porch/deck before so it was great to have someone like Steve guide us through the process from material selections to concrete and foundation work. The quality I received is nothing like what's shared above. And the little concrete that was on a few posts was below the water line so of course rotted quickly. The boards were also not even nailed to posts correctly. The mirror was 48 x 42 and poor quality, plus an ugly stain at the base from the original installation. Banks Glass sent a 2 person crew, Cody & Liam to measure. They explained the removal process that would be used. Very thorough explanation. The replacement mirror had to be ordered and, upon arrival, was inspected and an install date was set up. The installers, Jake and Pete, arrived at 8:00 a.m. and began the task of removing the old mirror. A bit of a job removing the old mirror as it split where the long crack had appeared, thus ending up coming off in large pieces. Never the less, they worked efficiently and professionally and had the new mirror up and installed beautifully. They cleaned everything, vacuuming thoroughly for any pieces of old mirror that may have fallen. Cleaned the new mirror thoroughly. I highly recommend Banks Glass for any glass installation/ replacement. Very professional, excellent staff and installers, well trained and experienced. I also feel the price was very fair.

Darrin was one of three contractors that actually called me back. He gave me great information on…read moredecks and how to care for a new deck. Took lots of time on the original phone call with me. I was looking to get a quote on a new deck in Arnold. He said he would be in the area the week of 4th of July and to send him pictures of our current deck. I sent the pics and weeks went by. Finally July 24th I texted to ask him if he was going to be near Arnold and he read the message and never responded. I realize that he might be busy and it seems like it's tough to get people to give estimates in Arnold. But just be up front about things. I'm disappointed and wish I wasn't ghosted.

I called one company for help who left me on hold for 30+ minutes. Other companies say it's old and try to sell me anew unit. Performance said they'll send someone right away. Then magically my ac worked 10 minutes before Jacob arrived. He charged me a modest fee, gave me some trouble shooting tips and maintenance advice. The ac soon stopped working again that very night. I called back and they sent Jacob back free of charge. You can tell he's very knowledgeable and I'm glad I had him working on my ac. He threw everything at it and after about 1-2 hrs he gave up and said he couldn't figure it out. Refuse to charge me. When he was packing up I tried to turn the ac on and it worked! Even Jacob was surprised. Ever since the ac has been working perfectly. I definitely recommend this company and definitely appreciate the professionalism, honesty and punctuality. Prior giving the job to Sierra, I got a few estimates from other companies. Rob was very honest, and was the only one who gave me a very detailed estimate with a high-low figure depending on what they could find while digging the trench. He also was very knowledgeable, and explained exactly how he was planning to do the job. Rob and Erin sent us pictures and informed us about the progress of the job. After checking the results, I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and attention of detail. They left the work site in a perfect condition, which is amazing given the large trench they dug for the gas line. The installation of the waterheaters is pretty neat; you can see the attention to detail on the smooth soldering of the junctions, or the routing of the exhaust. I am extremely satisfied with Sierra Plumbing, and there is not doubt in my mind that I will call them for any future plumbing jobs.
