Weslei had been recommended by a friend that had just used his company for a bathroom remodel that looked amazing. Weslei promptly returned my phone call, came to my house and quickly understood my vision of what I wanted for a new deck and what I didn't. He took my ideas and put a plan together along with blueprints that ensured the work I wanted would be the way I had envisioned. Throughout the construction, Weslei and his team were very approachable, friendly and great communicators. Small changes along the way were always accommodated by Weslei. He and his crew were honest and trustworthy. I often left my house unlocked when I was at work while he and his crew were constructing my deck with no issues. The deck was completed on time, with the only delay coming from the County building department permitting process. My deck was completed to my expectation and now a year later, I get complements that it looks amazing and is holding up like the day it was completed.

However, I was very unpleased with the work he did. To start with, the spackling on the bathroom wall was so coarse and dented that it looked like something on the outside of a house. The painting job was horrible. It took quite a bit of persuasion to get him to fix it. We had a new shower/tub surround placed. When I close the bathroom door, the surround rattles. When I go to steady myself on the shower wall, it pushes inward and it's not sturdy at all. It does not look as if there's any caulking where the shower wall meets the bathtub. We are worried about leakage. The company said they could not put shower doors there because there was nothing to hold them in place. We had him do the linoleum in our bedroom. It was all buckled when finished and he agreed to replace it. He was very accommodating about replacing it. He did not argue at all. However, unlike the first time that he did it, he would not supply laborers to move the furniture back into the room. My husband has a bone spur in his right shoulder and could not fully lift the furniture. Therefore, there are three big tears in my brand new linoleum. As I said, I think he tried really hard to do a good job on my house. But I have a mess to clean up. I will have to hire somebody to redo my linoleum again.I used him because he did such a good job on my friends house. But I am really sorry that I did. I hate to sound harsh. As I said, I wrestled with myself for a long time before I left this review.

The guys from Cyncon did an excellent job at rearranging dirt and soil in a reasonable way that was good for the environment too. Very nice and considerate of the overall appearance. Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.
