And the little concrete that was on a few posts was below the water line so of course rotted quickly. The boards were also not even nailed to posts correctly. This summer, I was lucky enough to get a spot in his busy schedule to completely repaint my house and replace the siding as needed. While replacing the siding, he found some random electrical issues with the old wires but he just took it in stride and was able to get everything taken care of and fixed.
