Of course a bunch of positive reviews here were misleading for me as well and that is why I hired them. I did not realize that they "know" to do everything and sadly I soon realized that they do not know-they have no clue what they are doing. Positive reviews might have come from very simple jobs or what I think more of now hearing the horror stories from licensed tile people in the area who go to repair Whittington's wrongdoing - I suspect that those reviews are not even genuine. My experience is that Brandy Whittington and her team are incompetent and not qualified to do any services that they are offering to do. They fraudulently do a license requiring work without the license, so the most of their work is for the sheriff's office submission and financial fines if not more than that. Hiring them is just a burden on your budget and a big waste of money. They have the same approach for everyone starting the job and then disappearing with a bunch of excuses involving their private life stuff to ignite our compassion and understanding for their unexplainable delays while playing the game with us. They have no work ethics. I hired them to do the tile work for me in 2 bathrooms and on my fireplace and bathroom fixtures on my shower. All 3 are total disasters including the shower, that even my cleaning team when they came said that it was the most horrible tiling job they have ever seen. We had to put the bathroom out of use for my guests due to their failure. I gave Brandy Whittington another chance to redo only the bathroom wall as a test and besides failing for the second time to do the work-she broke my brand new tub on top of all the poor workmanship. I had to fire her and her team and they did not even bother to show up and check what was wrong with it. My friend who's a tile expert in another state kept telling me that every picture with updates I sent him looked like they had no clue what they were doing. I brought an inspector to my place when I fired Brandy Whittington's team and he said that their work is a teardown. Not to mention that they spent 4 weeks doing it. While the licensed team was demolishing Whittington Professional Services work in my bathrooms, they said that tiles Brandy installed would all fail and get wet very soon as it didn't have proper waterproofing and gluing. Every single step they did was showing the depth of their cluelessness about the job. My fully licensed team that redid the bathroom was done with everything in 3 days. If you want to risk your investment to fail right away-they are perfect for it. They pretend they do know everything, but in truth I haven't seen anything they have done to be worth even a penny. I am not done with them yet as I do not want them to be able to scam other honest people around ever again. They should face criminal charges in the court of justice according to the Section 7027.2 of a Business and Professions Code. I just found out that another victim of their negligence reported them to BBB due to the deck failing after Whittington Professional Services installed it. What can I say besides if they did ever any work for you - call the licensed person to redo it before anything happens. Good Luck.

Casey made the work appear professional at first, but during the very first storm after installation, the skylight leaked so badly that water was pouring into the house. The situation was severe enough that our paying guests stated the home was unusable and checked out early because of the amount of water coming in. We immediately sent a licensed roofer to inspect the work. The roofer took photos and confirmed the skylight was installed incorrectly and not properly sealed at all. Basic, standard waterproofing steps were skipped entirely. This was not a materials issue. It was poor workmanship. We contacted Casey multiple times with the documentation and the urgency of the situation. He did not respond, did not offer to fix the problem, and took zero responsibility. He simply avoided us. No follow up. No accountability. Completely unprofessional behavior. This caused us lost rental income, additional repair costs, and unnecessary stress. Between the failed installation and the way he disappeared afterward, this felt like dealing with a rookie amateur rather than a professional contractor. Based on our experience, do not use Casey from CB Home. We are including photos of the installation to document the quality of his work.

She told me that her and her husband Chad were the owners; they to have large dogs so she completely understood. He was very nice and we had a number of messages back and forth before I booked the appointment at my home at pine mountain lake . The van showed up at my house and backed in to my driveway . Unfortunately, he backed right in to my house and damaged a post that was connected to my house . The technician got out of his van and I showed him the damaged post. He responded that my husband could probably fix it. I asked him for his insurance and he called the owner Jeff . I spoke to Jeff and he assured me the insurance would take care of it . His insurance finally resolved the matter after 3 months of contact by me. Getting back to the carpet, the technician cleaned the small area of carpet and then brought me the bill. Not only was the amount exorbitant, but he told me there would be an additional $40 charge for travel to pml. I was never informed of the additional charge by the owner . End result was overinflated charge for carpet cleaning and damage to my house . Never again will I use this company

DRM started the job on the agreed date and finished on the day they gave us - we weren't present durning the work so Devin sent us pictures along the way with updated phone calls explaining what was being done and why. The work that was done was over the top - putting in proper drainage & water proofing. The finished job looks beautiful and I can't recommend them enough.
