Called Rose plumbing for a gas pipe leak. The owner came out, started the job a d never returned. He wouldn't return calls or say why he ghosted me. No more wasting gallons of water waiting for the water to get hot at our shower. Last century I hired A Rose Plumbing and was very happy with the service and customer treatment. Last week I contacted A Rose Plumbing for a simple project. The answering and person I spoke with at A Rose Plumbing were very nice to me. I scheduled an appointment for Monday of this week (May 23. 2022); however, no one from A Rose Plumbing showed up for the project. I understand that Plumbers are very busy and things can fall through the crack. I was disappointed that there was no communication from A Rose Plumbing regarding the appointment. It should be noted that I did review the Yelp rating for A Rose Plumbing and it was exemplary with no negative reviews. My family member suggested that I let this go as we can find another Plumber. We ended up having a water pipe break in between our spare room and the guest bathroom. These guys were amazing!! They came out to our house to find out where the water was coming from. Love this company!! When we first bought our cabin, the toilet in the bathroom got clogged all the time. Called ARose, told them we wanted a "good flusher", he bought one, installed and no problem. Recently ancient downstairs bathtub leaking. They came out, couldn't fix, but found replacement part to special order. Came out again, part doesn't work. Still haven't billed me a thing. Gave them a key, said just replace entirely and replace surround if you have to if it doesn't survive being pulled off the wall. Arrive at cabin today, all new parts, surround intact and no leak!
