This bypassed the water softener that was reducing the pressure and the lawn sprinklers did not fully pop up. Made for a bad watering pattern and part of the lawn was browning. This fix the landscape watering problem. A short time later I had them return to reroute water supply lines as I was remodeling the main house bathroom. Good job! They also installed a bathroom exhaust fan and rerouted an attic water line so the fan could be installed. A new tub/shower valve was installed as was a new tub. Yay no more fiberglass. It turns out, Don Willis was formerly affiliated with KTK Plumbing and had installed a kitchen sink faucet in my home a couple years ago. They (he was accompanied by his son, an apprentice, I believe) arrived on time and quickly went to work. When they moved the washing machine to make access to the drain easier they "discovered" a secondary access to the drain. Using both access, as well as a hundred foot snake, the cleaned out the drain all the way to my septic system. The whole job took about an hour, and I've had no drainage problems since then.

Prior giving the job to Sierra, I got a few estimates from other companies. Rob was very honest, and was the only one who gave me a very detailed estimate with a high-low figure depending on what they could find while digging the trench. He also was very knowledgeable, and explained exactly how he was planning to do the job. Rob and Erin sent us pictures and informed us about the progress of the job. After checking the results, I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and attention of detail. They left the work site in a perfect condition, which is amazing given the large trench they dug for the gas line. The installation of the waterheaters is pretty neat; you can see the attention to detail on the smooth soldering of the junctions, or the routing of the exhaust. I am extremely satisfied with Sierra Plumbing, and there is not doubt in my mind that I will call them for any future plumbing jobs.
