He arrived at my house at 11:55 AM, Wednesday, with his assistant Danny, removed the old heater, and the new heater arrived from the distributor/wholesaler at about 1 pm. Job was completed within two hours, shortly after 2 pm Tuesday, and that also factored in their 30-minute lunch break. I had called three leading legacy plumbers before Mr. Roth. One has yet to call me back, even though he worked with me previously with fine results. Number two blew me off, stating that they couldn't address my request until mid next week. The valve seemed to be defective and he came back out promptly and replaced it at no charge. Then I asked him to adjust the main water pipe for some irrigation work, again, he came out and did the work quickly and was very reasonable and very responsive when I had a question. John did an excellent job of renovating our aging bathroom fixtures including replacing the toilet, installing a new diverter valve in the tub so that the shower now works again, adding an extension to the shower head so that now a full sized adult doesn't have to crouch to take a shower, and fixing the leak in our kitchen sink faucet. We recently purchased a house in Tahoe City and wanted to ensure the crawl space and pipes were properly insulated. Within an hour of emailing John via Yelp, he called me letting me know he could come take a look that afternoon.
