He took the time to explain every option for adding heating and air conditioning, walked us through the pros and cons of each system, and clearly explained why he recommended the solution he did. He patiently answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed. He also explained exactly how the estimate was put together. Since our cabin doesn't have existing ductwork, we knew it would be a significant investment. I decided to get a second opinion, and I am SO glad I did. This company came out and within just a few minutes had my system running again. Instead of immediately assuming I needed an expensive part, they actually took the time to troubleshoot the problem. They found that my filter was extremely dirty and there was a piece of insulation blocking the ductwork and restricting the airflow. They addressed the actual problem, and my AC started right back up... no new blower motor needed!
