I recently was referred to Allen at Angelman's for a pre-employment drug test and was beyond surprised by the great service I received. I came after scheduling an appointment (you must schedule appointments beforehand!) but ran into some technical difficulties with FormFox and was unable to undergo the drug test. Supposedly my test was expired online when it wasn't supposed to be. Allen tried his very best to contact HR and make something work for me. We were on the phone for about an hour, but was unfortunately unable to make it happen. After I took care of the problem on my side, I received a message at 8:30 PM saying that I had to get the drug test done within 24 hours. I immediately called up Angelman's and was greeted by Allen again. I told him my situation and he told me I could come over ASAP since he would be out of town the following morning. And then the worst thing happened. I realized that my wallet was lost! I needed my driver's license in order to proceed with the drug test. I called Allen again and he told me to still come through and that we'd try to work something out. Long story made short, he made it happen. i was flipping out like no other with the drug test deadline and lost wallet at 9 PM, but we ended up using my birth certificate and whatnot. Thanks so much :) read more

This location must be the most successful and professional I have ever been through. I was in-and-out in under 15 minutes and the gentleman that help me Was very respectful in explain to me How important My life scan Paperwork was I Will continue to come here for all Notary and live scans in the future. read more

I've come here for fingerprinting for years (I work with children), and every time I've come, the gentleman that runs the facility has been an absolute delight. He's gregarious, extroverted, and an all-around hoot. He makes the time you're there fly by with his sharp wit and jovial banter. He also has some of the best food recommendations around town! I'm happy to know that COVID didn't lead to him closing his small business, and I hope he stays open and thriving for many years to come. I heartily recommend him to all, from fingerprinting to notary needs, he's professional and fun. read more

I went to submit a drug test for a new employer and can honestly say that Angelman's Inc. was the best expirience I have had submitting a drug test than any other before. It is by appointment only. Usually I am in a room full of sick people or dealing with staff of the establishment who apparently HATE their job, and make the expirience a horrific one. This is NOT the case for Angelman's Inc. I was able to test at 6pm, uncommon for these type of tests other places like Quest, and I was out of there in 10 minutes. The gentleman's customer service was impecable and the office was SUPER near and orderly. I believe Angelman's Inc. does not only drug testing (urine, saliva, and hair folicle) but also does CPR training, Notary work, and Live Scan. Definitly worth paying the small fee more than the sites that you can go to for free. Thanks so much Angelman's Inc!! read more

Contacted them for a Fingerprint Livescan for Ca Community Care Licensing, and it sure was comforting to know I was working with someone who had done this many times. I have had experiences where he results somehow never made it to the state, so Alan's expertise was tremendous help. Also, it didn't hurt that Alan was exceptionally cool guy. Thanks Alan! read more

Went to have livescan completed this week at Angelman's and it was a great experience! I was explained the whole process and knew what to expect the entire time. Also, I've had a livescan done once before where they kept retaking each finger because it wasn't done properly. Here, only one finger had to be redone- making for a much faster service! The conversation was polite and professional and I would highly recommend Angelman's to anyone needing any of the services offered here. read more

Worst customer service. The man who answered the phone was so condescending. I will drive a bit further for my needs than deal with someone who treats customers poorly. A little compassion goes a long way. read more

Angelman's provided excellent and speedy service! I've been through background fingerprinting for jobs, internships and volunteering opportunities experiencing long lines, constant over scanning, and even pinching to my fingers; however, Angelman's was a completely new experience with a smooth hassle free and friendly tone. Overall, I can out very informed about the process and paperwork. I will use Angelman's services again and will highly recommend others. They are one of the few (only?) firms authorized in the area to do fingerprinting for TSA and Homeland Security - I'm learning to fly, and this was a necessary step. Allan was prompt and easy to work with - quickly setup an appointment, walked me through the process efficiently and professionally. read more

I had to get a live scan done and was recommended to come to Angelman's. I called a few times and even when they didn't answer, I got a text message immediately on other ways to communicate. I bailed down a date and Alan was so thorough and helpful. I didn't know how much I was clueless about livescans but he helped me be prepared for what to expect. I looked on yelp for a place that performed livescan and notary services. Angelman's was the first to pop up and I noticed they were open late - which was already a plus. I gave them a call to schedule an appointment, and they were able to get us in that evening. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone, which just made our experience that much better! We ended up running late to our appointment, and I gave them a call to let them know. They were very gracious and understanding, and waited for us. The gentleman helping us was so nice and easy going. He made our experience at Angelman's wonderful! We will definitely return if we need their services again, and we would recommend them to everyone! read more
