I had an appointment for a hair analysis drug test. I made my appointment 6 hours before my deadline (7pm appointment). I got to my appointment 30 minutes late because of some unforeseen circumstances, and unfortunately the website was updating for maintenance right when I got there. If I would have gotten there on time I would have been able to get in and out no problem. I was pretty worried, not knowing what to do since I was so close to my deadline. I went home pretty distraught wondering how I was going to explain this to HR. Allan gave me his personal cell number to keep him updated to reschedule my appointment the next day if I was able to get an extension for my deadline. Right when I got home(around 8pm), I had a voicemail that they tried the website at their personal home and it worked and they meet me back at Angelman's right now. I was able to go right back there and get my drug test without anymore worry. I was so thankful that they tried again and really went the extra mile for their patient. I went to submit a drug test for a new employer and can honestly say that Angelman's Inc. was the best expirience I have had submitting a drug test than any other before. It is by appointment only. Usually I am in a room full of sick people or dealing with staff of the establishment who apparently HATE their job, and make the expirience a horrific one. This is NOT the case for Angelman's Inc. I was able to test at 6pm, uncommon for these type of tests other places like Quest, and I was out of there in 10 minutes. The gentleman's customer service was impecable and the office was SUPER near and orderly. I believe Angelman's Inc. does not only drug testing (urine, saliva, and hair folicle) but also does CPR training, Notary work, and Live Scan. I went to this establishment to provide a drug test urine sample and the restrooms was extremely clean the soap dispenser was full the counter and the sink was extremely clean the mirror was cleaned the floors were spectacular and the service was very very professional and nice consistent with what was I was told this business was very fast with the drug test urine sample and was clear to make sure that it didn't get cross-contaminated or mixed up and this business does a lot more than just drug tests they do live scans CPR first aid certifications they do AED certifications for the distributor they do a live notary and live Scan so this is the place definitely recommended five stars and I would go here every chance I could if I could this is the place to be if you are a business looking for professional clean good work choose Angelman Inc read more

I needed to complete a pre-employment drug screen. My first two urine tests came back as "Dilute" (I drink a lot of water due to my diet) and I received an email Friday morning instructing me to complete a hair test. I called Angelman's and Allan told that if I wanted to come in NOW he would wait in the office. I drove straight over and was able to give a sample immediately. It takes a few chunks of hair to complete the test, but the minimum amount was taken, and Allan took the hair from three different places on my scalp so the missing hair would not be noticeable. I was expecting the results to take a week, but first thing Monday morning I received confirmation that I got the job! This is one of the most Enthusiastic positive energy projecting labs I've ever been to. Clean, organized, very comfortable, NO WAITING FOR HOURS, no sick patients sitting around you, no kids all over the place, no having to re-call your doctor to resend the lab because you bring in the paperwork and he's ready, and Allan gives the greatest experience and genuine customer service ever hands down. I needed my a Live scan completed for one of my licensure applications, I was referred by a coworker/good friend of mine. He recommended Angelmans Inc to me to have my live scan/finger printing completed. So I figured why not, they were close by to where I lived and it was very convenient. So I visited, and was met with a very friendly gentleman who helped me through the process with an amazing attitude and fun/light conversation. I was in and out in around 15-20min and it was awesome. And you get to keep a pen lol. Will definitely ho back in the future for more things that have to do with licensing! Hands down best experience fingerprinting EVER. I scheduled an appointment with Allan for 4pm and then had to cancel because I couldn't get off work I time to make it. When I called to reschedule for the next day Alan told me they were booked but in the same moment asked if I could come in at 8..PM I was shocked. never in my life have I had someone offer to stay open past business hours to accommodate my schedule. When I came In I was literally out of there in 12minutes start to finish. I even left with gifts..Pens! I will not go anywhere else for fingerprinting as long as Angelmans is open. I had scheduled a drug test with Angelman's Inc for a new job I am starting and I must say that I had a really good experience. Allen is very proactive and gets you in and out without there being any delays or interruptions. In comparison to other company's that operate as a collection site usually there's a waiting room or a significant amount of time you have to spend waiting before you even proceed with your drug test. At Angelman's Inc I was in and out and the entire test and process took 10 minutes. Ive been to Angelmans multiple times now for drug screens and highly recommend their service. Due to my work schedule and family obligations it's almost impossible to get into a lab during business hours. The owner was more than willing to work with my schedule for example I've scheduled 2 late evening and a Saturday appointments. Each time I was in and out within 30mins and often found myself hanging around to chat with the owner because he is such a friendly person. I was in a pinch for livescan before our trip (why I procrastinate till the end, I'll never know) and gave them a call to see if it was at all possible for a last minute appointment. I have been going to Angelman's Inc for over 6 months whenever I need to do weekend drug testing and they have ALWAYS been able to accompany me when all other companies are closed or close early due to weekend hours, making it impossible to drug test at those places. They have also provided to get my Livescan done once while I was there at the same time, which was surprisingly helpful to do as well! I highly recommend Angelman's Inc! We were looking for a notary public that was available around our schedule and contacted UPS first as I knew they had a notaty. However, there availability was quite limited and did not fit our schedule. That's when I found Angelman's Inc and gave him a call. He is by appointment only but was able to see us right away! This is an excellent establishment. I came here for livescan prints. Allan is very professional and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and he does livescan very quick. I've gone to two other establishments and they always took forever, but this was quick and easy. He took his time to teach how important the documentation is as well. Also, what I love is how accessible he is. Appointments only, but he's there for you on evenings and weekends if your schedule conflicts with 'normal business hours.' It was my very first time completing a drug test and the staff here are very helpful, clear, and organized about the process so don't mix it up and don't be afraid to ask them questions if you are unsure about what to do. I came in and out like a lightening bolt as promised. They were super friendly and professional. I would give a negative if I could . I'm not sure if the woman who is working there now but she gives wrong information on obtaining background checks for a job . Laid the fee and never got my record, ended up going to the UPS store and got it done with the 4 days. I called to ask the last og I could get a refund , that they must have sent it to the wrong place and she hung up on me, when I called back she would pick up and hang up the kept sending me to voice mail. Took a CPR Class a couple weeks ago with some of my employees. Of course, with COVID guidelines, their previous methods had to be altered, just like everywhere else.
