The room itself was very clean and comfortable, making it a good environment to learn and complete the training. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was access to the facility. The person responsible for opening the suites did not arrive on time, which caused a delay for my appointment. I called the number provided, and although they attempted to reach her, she did not answer. I also tried calling multiple times with no response. The Safety Training Seminar member I spoke with over the phone mentioned they could reschedule me for a later time if needed since they could not reach her and were unsure of why the suite was closed. She eventually answered my call, this being after 9:30 AM, stating she was sick and had just opened. While I understand things happen, it was frustrating having to wait and ask nearby businesses for help especially when someone mentioned this isn't the first time the door hasn't been unlocked and she " tends to forget " so I'm not sure how true her statement of being sick was especially since she answered my call extremely rude and then hung up I hope this issue is addressed moving forward, as the training itself and the facility were otherwise good.

I really appreciated that she didn't just teach us how to perform the skills--she made sure we understood why we were doing each step and the importance behind it. Summer was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our skills before moving forward. I left the course feeling much more prepared and confident in starting IVs and performing the techniques we learned. We did buy a new book seems like you need a new one every other year . Purchased online when regeistering. But I believe they are also available to buy in person.
