The room itself was very clean and comfortable, making it a good environment to learn and complete the training. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was access to the facility. The person responsible for opening the suites did not arrive on time, which caused a delay for my appointment. I called the number provided, and although they attempted to reach her, she did not answer. I also tried calling multiple times with no response. The Safety Training Seminar member I spoke with over the phone mentioned they could reschedule me for a later time if needed since they could not reach her and were unsure of why the suite was closed. She eventually answered my call, this being after 9:30 AM, stating she was sick and had just opened. While I understand things happen, it was frustrating having to wait and ask nearby businesses for help especially when someone mentioned this isn't the first time the door hasn't been unlocked and she " tends to forget " so I'm not sure how true her statement of being sick was especially since she answered my call extremely rude and then hung up I hope this issue is addressed moving forward, as the training itself and the facility were otherwise good.

Holly was so knowledgeable and explained things in such detail. I am usually in class every two years because I have to be, I don't interact. Holly made class interesting and fun. Her personality is bubbly, she's funny I couldn't help but blurt out all the answers because she was so on it with her explanations and visuals. I mentioned to her after class that she was honestly the best instructor ever. Pretty much the whole class agreed. I've wanted to take ACLS and PALS but dreaded the blah of it all and doubted that I would even retain the smallest bit of information. I plan on signing up now, looking forward to learning from Holly. Cascade you outdid yourselves hiring this amazing Soldier Medic! Go Army! Thanks again Holly, you made my day! The instructors were awesome and always there before and after class to help. I could call them on a weekend and ask questions if I didn't understand when cramming for a test. I tried a accelerated course with another school in Sacramento and it was a horrible experience.
