Pricing on the wall says otherwise and should be significantly less. The manager then proceeds me to ask me if I have my packages with me, I said no. I did not know what was going on at first. Once I realized you were angry about the policy of not taping boxes, I was shocked. Your behavior was a little concerning. I was definitely a little thrown back. So once you began to turn your anger towards me I realized this wasn't a ups issue. This was YOUR ISSUE. You continued for several minutes to rant and rave about a little conversation with the young lady I had while she was helping me. There are so many things you could have done to make a statement but this was not the way. You lost that battle as soon as you started yelling at a young lady and an elderly woman. Then an innocent bystander. There are many resources for anger issues. I am sure your retail employer may even be willing to help you get the proper treatment.
