The only reason I picked ONE star is because there are no NEGATIVE numbers to pick from to adequately rank the horrid experience this "business" expects payment for.
When you arrive (and once the counter person is finished watching his television show) you MAY be asked to approach the counter to describe your print job which will then need to be repeated MULTIPLE times before said counter person is able to parrot back what you've described.
You can then expect that whatever format your sample is in will NOT be one that this 90's era shop will be able to open and use. Don't bother bringing a flash drive with graphics on it, too "cutting edge" and they can't open it. You'll have to EMAIL your sample to the store before they can give you an estimate on cost and turnaround time. This won't be communicated on your first visit, when you bring a hard copy, nor will the fact that only .pdf files can be opened by them.
Don't expect to get your work, your quote OR the requirements of their outdated equipment to be communicated without MULTIPLE trips to the store and repeated telephone calls. It took me THREE visits to get to the point of WAITING for an estimate on time and cost which took THREE DAYS because they are CLOSED on WEEKENDS.
The sample I saw the following Monday had the graphic placed in the wrong position even though that EXACT PLACEMENT was discussed and agreed on the previous Friday. The discussion on placement was obviously never related to the artist doing the work. This was discovered on my FOURTH visit to this shop and they STILL had no idea of when this work could be completed but they sure knew how much it would CO$T.
So, in a nutshell, for any reprographic work that calls for a level of communication, expertise or timing beyond what you could get from a SUPERMARKET COPY MACHINE then AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE! You could get better quality work from a MONKEY WITH PARKINSON's disease, with less frustration and ATTITUDE, than the inept excuses that RCA SUPER PRINT expects people to actually PAY FOR- this "business" has reached the BOTTOM and continues to DIG! read more
